Halo 3 WILL come out for the pc, only a 4-6 month delay to ensure it won't effect 360 sales too much.

But when it does come out, it will be graphically superior to the 360 version in many ways what-with DX10 support that the 360 lacks, the console is already obsolete since it uses DX9 api's.
