  • still debating whether to get this, just one question, does it handle metal well? like metallica, iron maiden maybe even some super heavy death metal?

  • @AppleFaction for heavier music such as Metal and Death I'd go for a guitar with humbuckers.

  • @vintageshred71 ok, humbuckers, like the v100? i play a bit of country, bit of rock, and now starting to play metal, does the v100 handle those genres well? ive heard its a good "all-round" guitar.

  • @AppleFaction definitely the V100.

  • id really like to that guitar, if it had a blonde or yellow finger board! do you know if there any like that available? would love to know, i currently have a vintage vrs100 i believe, great guitar and looking forward to getting more wilkinson vintage models!

  • @AppleFaction check out the Vintage V52BS or Icon version V52MRBS - both have maple fingerboards.

  • How is the neck compared to a Fender Tele? Thinner?

  • @SlaughteredDecay pretty much the same, but there are differences between individual guitars, so you may find one with a fatter neck than another.

  • Fender?

  • @PitchBlackGuitarMan hi there - nope it's by Vintage®

  • so is this the standard vintage tc200 or has it been changed in some way by someone?

  • @ironcow64 yeah that was the standard TC200, which has now been rebranded as the V2 - no difference other than the name.

  • Is there LEFTY ???

  • @cicalone70 not yet i'm afraid :-(

  • is this good for paramore or elliot minor style music

  • Hello, do you think this will be a good home recording guitar for soft blues? I already have a V100AW Les Paul, and really all I need to know is... Is the quality as great on all the vintage guitars? I mean I would have paid 3 times the price I paid for my v100 if I had to! Is this the same deal with this blonde beauty?

  • Hi thanks for watching - the answer is yes to all three questions!

  • Hey Gav, there isn't a video for the Tele on the JHS website, suprised they haven't used this one!

Think I'll be getting one of these for myself, with Tele's I don't get why people spend 800 quid on them or more... they were intended to be cheap guitars! how fender can ask for the same ammount of money as a strat for one i dont know, they're definitely cheaper to produce.

I may have my PRS CU 24... but I still love my cheapies!

  • I'll be doing a new TC200 video very soon, keep tuned!

  • when lol

  • Hey, i was thinking of buying this guitar online but the colour in the photos look very natural and wooden but in this video look yellow, i'm after the yellow colour but i dont want to risk it

  • It's more of a butterscotch colour with the wood grain showing through. Not natural, but not yellow either.

  • Okay cool, thank you!

  • I had this before my actual Fender Telecaster.

the Vintage is good definately for the money. But,

If you can afford the American Standard or even the Standard Fender Telecaster , it is so much better,

If you can, Buy the real deal

  • is that right?

  • Yeah corse, are you starting or have you been playing for a few years?

  • kinda starting but I only play rythm guitar (i sing) and I've already got a vintage elec acoustic but looking for an electric to play more rock sound and really like the tele style.anyways I can afford a fender standard tele, should I go for the fender or this one?

  • Definately Fender Standard, im not sure how to put it but, its a Fender!

But yeah i have Fender American Standard Black Telecaster with Maple neck.

    I love the maple neck

  • This model has solid poplar body, indian rosewood fingerboard, Trev Wilkinson designed pickups and hardware, with a compensating saddles on the bridge (which you don't get with FSAT) and costs less than half the price. You really want to pay twice the price for a name on the headstock?

  • Why is it so much better?

  • Im thinking of buig this guitar for 200 euros bud i don't know if i am making the right choice?

  • you are doing. Vintage guitars are awesome for the price...

  • does anybody know if there is enough space for a full-sized humbucking pickup in the body? i'm thinking of buying this guitar but humbucker in the neck is a must for me

  • Hi dude, and thanks for watching. - I think you would have to rout out the space for an humbucker to fit properly - have you thought about the Vintage Advance series AV2? Check out my vid if not.

  • Gav, would you day this guitar is a good buy for £99, im considering buying one.

    i already have the great vs6 :D

  • Man if you've found one for £99 it's a bargain!

  • I have this guitar too ... and i love it too... it's amazing to have such a guitar at this price.. some points could be better, but with time ... this branc deserves to be known

  • Very nice sound !!! Lol !!!

  • i have a blonde tc200 with a maple neck, i love it
