  • Snacka om att man måste koncentrera sig när danskar pratar :O

  • i can't believe that i actually can understand something just by knowing English, i heard they both seem like louder and they have a store out there, i maybe completely wrong please correct me if i am wrong. She is gorgeous she looks like Leona Lewis sister.

  • Wow..

  • It might be hard for you other nationlities to notice, but sometimes Agnes actually asked the interviewer if she´d understood things correctly. I can relate to that; if I´m really concentrating, I´m able to understand Danish (3/4 of it at least), but as fast as I´m off balance I don´t understand a word!

  • The funny thing is that Danes (and Norwegians) understand Swedish far better than we Swedes understand their languages! They always kind of make fun of us due to this. But than we make fun of their way of speaking (Danes sound like they´d forgotten to swallow what they just ate and Norwegians always sound so happy).

    To be continued...

  • @PGHalmstadSweden

That is just what you believe. The reason why older danes understand Swedish better is because they saw Swedish television back in the old days. Nowadays Danish youths doesn't understand Swedish that good. So take it easy with what you presume PGHalmstad.

  • @Greenapplehill OK! You have a point there! You Danes are able to watch Swedish TV like all over your country, while many Swedes can´t watch Danish (except from some part in the south, like where I´m from). But I still stick to my opinion, because if you watch an interview or hear a chat with a Dane and a Swede, it´s almost always the Dane who tries to explain words for the Swede, not vice versa. And how come that many danes know that breakfast in Swedish is "frukost" , while almost ---->

  • @Greenapplehill ---->no Swede knows that breakfast is "morgenmad" in Danish? I watched an interview with Rasmus Seebach a while ago and he was really good at explaining the "weird Danish words" for the interviewers. He knew what the words were in Swedish, and until he had explained, the interviewers didn´t understand a thing. But leaving all that; I just have a final question: if "by"

means city in Danish, why do you say "hovedSTAD" when meaning capital city? Why don´t you say "hovedBY"?

  • @PGHalmstadSweden

You don't have to explain everything to me. I'm Swede as well and I told you that I understand Danish even if I'm from the capital and not from Scania.

  • @PGHalmstadSweden

Although youtube is an English-speaking community and therefore I always write in English :)

  • @PGHalmstadSweden Something funny happened in TV-serie "Broen". A dane asks for frokost/lunch and gets a cheesesandwich for breakfast instead..

  • wait is this swedish?

  • @IamBelindaMerceron Agnes is speaing Swedish and interviewer is speaking Danish. Danish and Swedish are pratically mutually intelligible

  • @IamBelindaMerceron

Agnes speaks Swedish and the interviewer speaks Danish.

  • such a pretty girl with such a fucking ugly mother tongue... :///

  • Haha, I understood everything of what the interviewer said and I´m Swedish.

  • @Greenapplehill Inte jag heller, lol !

  • I understand 2 words because im from holland :)

  • Damnnnnnm, doesn't she look exactly like....... LEONA LEWIS?!?!?!?!? or am I blind

  • @shadeofme12 they def look alike...is this chick part black?

  • oh lord both languages seems weird but then Agnes answer quick to danish.. she is good!

  • Я не знаю, что они говорят

  • Cool I had no idea that danish and swedish could talk to one another even if photenicallywise both languages have their differences

  • @Fabian81 Göter/geats and denes/danes could cooperate already in the 6th century as it is written in Beowulf, who was a geat himself.. =:-)

  • I don't understand a word of what she is saying... lol

  • agnes du är sååå braaaaa =) önskar dig all lycka... =)
