This song is about being wrong. In the song, we find out that "everything we know is wrong" and we have to work it out, because it isn't what we thought it was. The spectators are shocked because what they knew about age was proven wrong when Barbara started dancing. This video is supposed to be weird, because it goes against what you know. "The Harest Part" is indeed "letting go and not taking part," because its hard to let go of what we believe to accept something new.

Yeah i agree,i havn't actually checked it out but just watching the video again i can tell that the band have been edited in,just a couple of close ups where you see the couple dancing and the guitarist,you can always spot the difference in the film.When it shows the couple alone the flag is blowing like HELL,then the band and their flags are hardley moving.Top of all that the crowd are dressed in 80's clothes/hairstyles and Chris Martin is wearing his 'Miami Vice' clothes lol.Good job though
