What it sounds like, at least from what I can see, is that the studio (Lionsgate) and maybe even producer Avi Arad (that Marvel guy) were trying to take the film a direction that did not sit well with Jane, the man who ultimately embodies the cinematic vision of Frank Castle. The first movie didnt do so well, we get it.
what the hell???Thomas Jane is a good actor and i like this guy playing as Frank Castle...the role fits for him...Punisher 2 will be nothing without Thomas Jane as the lead star....xanamanataya KD-BOYZ!!!
No one is going to see it now. Sequels that don't have the same actor suck ass. Imagine how bad Spider-Man 2 would have done if someone else was Spider man. It would have sucked ass. Just like no one saw Predator 2 because it had Danny Glover in it. Ah well...
Actually, he looks pretty badass as Frank. I'll put the stills up (or a link to Lexi's blog) in the description so you guys can see the stills. A video possibly of them,too. I haven't had much time for video making lately.
a few actors have made this mistake before like vin diesel in xxx, when he pulled out of the sequel, the series died, and this might happen to the punisher too if tom doesnt pull back in
that sucks that tom jane pulled out...and i agree, i hope marvel dont fuck it up. im gonna be pissed if they do. they should just stick to comics and not make movies.
No, I meant while Jane was on the project for number 2 it was going nowhere. Now that he pulled out, it is skyrocketing. Perhaps the Bratz movie set Lionsgate back. Lol.

Clip was a bit long-winded. But I have to agree that I wont be as good without tom jane as the punisher.
