What about Pukakarans power of deception to trick tamils to steal more than half the collection? He collects money for the final war (every year a final war?) and he spend lavishly in his family with foreign education, trips and fat bank accounts. How does he do that while living in Wanni?..an Import & Export company?.. Beedi company?.. Ahh Ahhhh.. the truth!! By stealing from the collection of hard working (but tricked) tamils!
