  • It's easy to criticize but it doesn't really achieve much but make you feel better about yourself for a moment. Go and train hard and improve yourselves instead, YouTube experts.

  • Most of these demo vids from petranek show the sloppy form for olympic lifts, just ignore them. There are some really great Oly coaches in the crossfit community but most of them (Petranek in particular) seem to miss the boat.

  • Get some lifting shoes to eleivate your heels, your flexibility is horrible and your back is not tight at all, add eight to that and yur going to dislcoate shoulders and elbows.

  • With more weights, I assure you you're elbows WILL dislocated and the weights will crash down on your head giving you a nasty fracture.

  • your back is not tight ur position is bent forwards and u do not drop under the bar, u throw it up and jump up after it, in a good snatch balance u should just drop and lock ur arms out
