its not a full tilt option. Its a skin that they downloaded, go to google, and type in 'online poker skins' and find some full tilt ones. I used to have like 10 downloaded ones for full tilt, but i dont have them anymore for some reason, i have tons of awesome pokerstars skins tho. google it up
