@scepticpatriot Its a bit harder than other countries but its not THAT bad. You must have a licence you need to have a PTA (permit to acquire) before you can buy a firearm and theyre broken into classes. AB is standard rifle shotty and air rifle (yes you need a licence for an air rifle here) H is handgun and you must join a shooting club for this 1 (otherwise they question why you need a pistol) No mare than 10 round mags allowed thats rifles too

great rifle the tikka t3, ive seen many, they are all great shooters, i have a T3 supervarmint in .308 (1/11 twist), but with night force 1 pice mount and night force 5.5>22X50 mil/mil scope great with 150/ 165 and 208 grain prijectiles out past 1000 meters ( my 208 lods are real good, 1 FPS SD on the chrony with 10 rnds :p. love it .. i ahould also mention that i have a re crown and and muzle brake

@michailtikkacoetze I've found that the 55g work very well with the 1'12 twist.The 64g is only for the 1'8 or 1'9 twist.

@cinq65 higher grade rounds? do u mean heavier bullets? heavy bullets depends on the twist rate of your rifle.Being my rifle is a 1'8 twist i can load up to a 80g pill.The Tikka lite has a light, and i mean very light stock.Great for Hunting,The Super Varmint is heavy barrel and is generally best used on a bench which is my main usage.

I will be buying a super varmint .223 this week and i'm wanting to if you can shoot the 5.56 NATO round with this gun ?

@RONNYfromOZ no way mate, only if it states you can fire a 5.56 round in it then you can, if it says .223 rem only on the barrel then .223 it is! it is known that if you have a 5.56 barrel you can use .223 in it. but im not 100% sure

@JACF7427 Yeah i know that if your gun can shoot a NATO round then it can shoot a .223 rem but it doesn't work vice versa, I wa just wondering in the super varmint can shoot the NATO. The gun shop i go to is one of those ones where the gun running the shop doesn't know shit. He runs the shop with the additude of "if you know what you want, I'll get it in for you". He didn't even know what i was on about when I asked him about Mil Dot scopes lol

@SharpshooterAus Thanks, I've been offered the same rifle in .308 with a leupold long range scope for $2200. Its in excellent condition, it will be my first firearm, is there anything I need to watch out for buying second hand?

I am going for the same configuration. Tikka T3 Super Varmint and Bushnell 6500 Elite 4.5-30 x 50. But i wonder if your scope mount / model is DNZ Freedom Reaper-Picatinny Rail-30MM Tube-Matt Black Model: 311PT or other model?

@ogbakken Thanks for the interest in the video.The Scope mount is a Game Reaper 20 MOA, im soon changing the mount to medium as u need the cheek piece to give u enough height.Having said that i still feel that the DNZ ( Game Reaper) are the best mounting systems.Quick to install, light weight and extremely accurate.
