@wellersmate - It's by the Department of Transport. No one every looks at the the name and even when I was passing taking videos, I bet people thought I was being weird. I am amazed that it is still there, maybe you can get 'listed road signs'.. well, some of them should be! I'd like to discover more of these old road signs.
@wellersmate - to be honest, it's not that easy to find, it is quite small. I wouldn't lose sleep over it. I only found because I had a book on London street names, otherwise I would have walked past it too.

I practically live on this street! This is by the Horseferry Rd Magistrate Courts though I think. I'll check next time I go passed!
