I wish people would not refer to abrasive blasting as sand blasting. It's dangerous to peoples health to use sand as a blasting media

Quick question.Would a small sandblaster be acceptable to use say in my garage or driveway for cleaning the rust off of car parts?Would the neighbors be pissed about the noise?.I will check out your sight BTW.Thanks.
