I was both spit on and kicke in the head by him at a show in Gainesville FL at the Covered Dish in 93 or 94 and loved every minute of it. He is a trip to see perform live. Nothing came close of matching the intensity of their concerts.
WOW, i saw him perform at CBGB's in NYC... That night some dude picked him up and tossed him into the crowd...before that he had cut up his back because he smashed a bottle of beer ion the stage. F'kn great night! oh, by the way they fucked that dude up that tossed him into the crowd.
I don't know about that, didn't that fat guy in Qui just have a stroke (or multiple strokes)? That's what I read on the ever-reliable internet, so don't get your hopes up.
Yeah it's Mac on drums, it's from 94. I saw the first tour w/ Kimbal in 97. Jim's a great drummer but it wasn't the same w/o Mac.
It's hilarious how Yow takes a running leap into the crowd here, he was usually more sudden about it.

yes : both yow + the fat guy wen't to hospital.. too bad! :-) look for it on google.. the fat guy have had 3 strokes and Yow a collapsed lung!
