Insuling for absorption, growth hormone well... for growth and it also over long time increases organ size hence the gut effect.

It's that in the 90s+ that bodybuilders started being monster big utilizing insulin and growth hormone. Use of HGH induces organ growth as well as muscle growth. It also has an effect in reducing fat, however it then counter acts insulin.

Insulin is important in growth as it shovels nutrients into cells. Anabolic steroids would be either testosterone or derivatives/modified/designed/­etc... Either more anabolic or androgenic. Anabolic meaning for example muscle growth inducing and androgenic meaning male pattern/masculine/aggressivene­ss/performance/strength inducing.

I'm 230, I bench 360 for 4 reps, lat pull down using 270 for 10 reps, I curl the whole stack on the machine, but I'm fat and don't even look half as good as them. The only way I can lift this much is eat twice as much, but without roids, my body just breaks don't muscles whenever I train too hard or too long, and the creatine and whey protein just makes me feel like I have to shit all the time. Without roids, I'll never be lean and big.

it's impossible to pack on substantial amounts of muscle while retaining very low bodyfat, hence the alternate massing and dieting routines of bodybuilders.

i have the opposite problem you do, i'm tall and lean, but i weigh only 165.
