Hey, I love "Shigoto wa Tsuraize!" Does anyone know the name of the original one-with the voice in the back?

Glad you like the music, I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say original with the vocals. Maybe it was only in the film? The soundtrack has many pieces which use vocals. There wasn't a Shigoto wa Tsuraize with vocals on the disk though.

In the 2nd disk of the movie, in the production of Spirited Away, there's a scene where Miyazaki and the animators are all tired, their heads are down, and this music comes up- oh well, its okay ^_^

What you are referring to is the original version of "Shigoto wa Tsuraize". It can be found in the Spirited Away Image Album, which was released before the movie came out.
