That's great! You have some neat techniques. I presume Polyster Spatula is like Bondo? Have you seen that instructable using Silicone Sealer and Talc - it may be a cheap mold material that you could use to cast copies.

The basic form is made out of Assembly foam and Polystyrene. But only this lucks ferry stupid and cheap, and so put Polyester Spatula on it which makes the surface hard and stable and after the sand paper you have a smooth, good looking surface.
