it was good when im actin in theatres, and my one friend told me about these books, well i desided to go and read the demons lexicon, well now my friends say that if there is gonna be a movie i should try for Liannans role :D
I think that Tom Welling and Tobey M. are too old to play Nick and Alan. Maybe Colin Morgan (Merlin) as Alan. I keep trying to think who would be perfect as Nick but my mind seems to be stuck on Ian Somerhalder (I know he's too old but his Damon Salvatore is already 70% Nick)... maybe someone who ressembles him?

So the Black Arthur guy would be perfect, Gerald too, but TOBEY MAGUIRE? NO. Sorry, he's not adorkable enough for Alan- and he's not even a ginger. Chris Colfer would be BRILLIANT! I think I'd scream so loud I'd deafen people if were cast as Jamie. I do see Jamie as younger than him, though... but he can make it work :D
I really like some of these choices! My favourites are Olivia, Gerald, Sin and Mae. I quite like Nick's casting, but I feel Tobey Maguire isn't quite right for Alan. Oh, and I definitely don't like Chris Colfer for Jamie. He's not...good-humoured enough I think, based on what I know from Glee. But maybe that's just because I'm not a big fan of Kurt...
Update: The film rights for The Demon's Lexicon have been optioned to Parallel films, so they're thinking about making it into a movie! Also, Sarah Rees Brennan linked to this video in her blog about the announcement. She thought it was "awesome." : )
I just started reading The demon's Covenant and so far I'm impressed with it. I used to read alot of mangas but now I've moved up to books and The Demon's Lexicon is one of my favorites too. Good job on the vid. I can see some of these actors playing the roles you chose.Tom Welling especially, He kinda looks like the guy on the cover of the book too. LOL! And I like the song.WAKE UP!!!!
nick should be played by either NIcholas Hoult or Cameron Bright

I like the cast. Don't agree with all of it (Camilla Belle cannot play Sin, Sin is biracial and awesome.

Most excellent! I was surprised at some choices (Toby McGuire!) but the photos worked perfectly with my idea of the characters.

Excellent choices! I think Tobey Maguire would be too old, though, but he could definitely play the part - just not look it.
OMG Chris Colfer as Jamie would be fantastic! and Rufus Sewell totally fits the part, too.
