Some of his points of view are not held by a majority of Americans: The idea that the Constitution should "evolve" with society. Many believe the Constitution should remain untainted by "political whims of the times." He believes that foreign law should be allowed into our courts and opinions. He would be another judge who believes judges can be allowed to make policy, Many disagree with all of this. And this is Hard Left point of view that not all Democrats support.
