@jamesmorgan2008 If you sim every match they'd go up about 2-4 overalls :) but if you play every game with them and really try to get them man of the match every game and succeed then they'd go up about 2-5 overalls :)

@romangeleski If you play a season, a player with high potential usually goes up about 2 ratings with regular first team football and over about 2 seasons they'd go up about 3-4 ratings maybe :)
