Because if it could - this just might be a magic bullet for marine applications. With LTE up and going up in more and more places .... what is needed is LTE with backward compatible to UMTS and EVDO. That might mean a dual modem if Sierra Wireless or whoever doesn't make such an animal. But I think it would be possible. No one with such ...
