  • Hello! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 got hot 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

  • Did you eat organic fruits and veggies?

  • when do you eat dinner? around 7-8 p.m. or earlier?

  • How tall are you, if I may ask? :) Love your videos!

  • @MissPumkinmoon get lost..... you don't know anything. She is awesome.

  • @MissPumkinmoon hahahaha, fuck off.

  • you look lovely! and thanks for the tips.

  • @watininx LOL...i have the same teeth like her

  • @watininx your teeth is ? it's your teeth are & you shouldnt have watched the vid

  • are you like canadian or something? your accent....

  • @funkychic94 She's Irish..

  • So funny I love whole grain pasta.

  • I love pasta because im a full italian. You should really try artichoke pasta too it tastes kinda the same but its also good for youu(:

  • I'm not a fan of the whole wheat pasta either. It tastes like cardboard to me. The prep for cooking is a pain. It takes me forever to cut up anything. Did you find you had more energy when you cut out meat and dairy? When I experimented with the vegan diet my skin was amazing and I had a lot of energy. It would be nice to be your size. Thanks for the information.

  • @brokenthonqsz Yes but it doesn't taste as good as cows milk. Coconut and almond milk are really good for you, rice is okay

  • deary (I think you spell it like that?) is milk, right?

  • @schlubbelybub Its dairy yes

  • @schlubbelybub dairy andd yes its milk and chocolatee

  • How tall r you?

  • no pizza in the saccone household the week?

  • did you feel more lively and happy during the diet?

  • dosent a bagel contain milk?

  • ehhhhh I always have these bars on hand with me when I am on the go...Love them :) I am a vegan also. Nice video :)

  • i'm allergic to tomatoes, dairy, citrus fruit, MSG, and tree nuts. so i'm used to reading ingredients..i go vegan for about a month a year. but make sure you ask your doctor because mine gets mad at me! :] you may have deficiencies that you don't even know about.

  • *puts down chocolate currently munching on*

  • I've got the same cup which is behind you-red with dogs:))))

    greetings from Poland:*

  • BUT i do LOVE those nakd bars yummy defo better than chocolate to be honest! love love

  • If your considering becoming a pescatarian I would say go full Vegetarian. I turned veggie 4 years ago and although I doubt I'll go back to eating meat after researching everything I will never eat fish again. Lots of information on how bad it is for the environment and marine life in general the amount of fishing that takes place, so consider cutting fish out too, after a while you wont even miss it! x

  • @brokenthonqsz yes, you can use almond and rice milk on cereal. i've used almond, soy and rice milk on cereal lots of times. i think rice is what most people like on cereal if they are used to cows milk. i'm not sure about coconut milk though...

  • 1:37 what is an... "e-number"??

  • i love ur earrings

  • That's good you tried it. You could have seen more changes in a month, I've tried it before.

  • I love pasta too! Whole wheat is pretty gross, but I'm gluten-intolerant and vegan, so I eat rice pasta, and it is amazing!!!!!!! I highly reccomend you try it :)

  • soy milk is a big no-no.

if you want to incorporate soy try tempeh. its better then tofu nutritionally and in terms of taste.

i love skinny bitch too but do take it with a grain of salt.

someone I really do trust is Dr.Ben Kim, just google him. very interesting articles by him.

  • eye makeup tut please!!!!

  • I been trying the Adkins diet, you basically cut out carbs and sugars and u stick to fat, apperantly your body struggles getting rid of carbs and they accumulate extra calories and the fat gets stuck to them. so if you take out carbs and sugars and stick to fat like meats your body digests better. I literally lost 7lbs in one week so i do it for 2 weeks and one week of with moderate carbs and less sugar you should try this as well.

  • the only problem with this diet is that it´s more expensive

  • totally agree with your idea on whole wheat pasta!

I never came across it Italy. I just don't see the point in it. I would rather eat smaller portions of a regular pasta than a ton of whole wheat pasta. Thanks for all your great vids.

  • Two books that are great for Vegans/ Vegetarians are Veganist by Kathy Freston and The Kind Diet by Alicia Silverstone.

  • I read part of Skinny Bitch and it just seemed so . . . bitchy, lol. Not for me. But I think it's neat you tried out (basically) vegan for a week! I rotate between vegan, vegetarian, fish, and meat meals about evenly-- there's just no need to have meat and dairy EVERY DAY-- but I'd be curious to try it for a week. Doubt I could keep it up forever though, lol.

  • ur pretty:) ur bone shape is very beautiful:D

  • well...ur thin rite now!

n pretty:) ur bone shape is very beautiful:D

  • @MicrophoneNation Very well said!

  • How tall are you?

  • Who is she, she sounds Irish..?

  • how tall are you?

  • i am a vegetarian and have been for years. its the best thing i could have ever done. i will never eat an animal again in my life. its inhumane and very unhealthy.

  • @MicrophoneNation I love soy milk. :(

  • do you exercise?

  • @MicrophoneNation Soy is just bad in excessive amounts. I guess it's okay once in awhile just make sure you're not consuming too much soy at once.

  • @ahleesah Meat industry propagandists have very effectively put the "soy scare" into people, as soy products are their main competition putting a dent in their cruel profits. There's nothing wrong with eating soy, it's a great source of protein, but should always be organic and non-gmo. "Roundup Ready" soybeans are the problem, but not as much of a problem as drugged, diseased, torturered animals are.

  • I totally support your 'project', but I don't think Skinny bitch is the right book to go by. It's written totally negatively and it's just all to the extreme.

  • I got rid of my acne since I stopped drink cows milk. :) that's just one benefit, I can imagine what other benefits have been done to my organism that I can't see.

  • My family doesn't eat regular pasta anymore. We always have whole wheat. To me, it doesn't taste any different than the regular.

  • I read skinny bitch which led me to be a pescatarian which I am totally happy and content with! you really motivated me to try being vegan just for a while like you did so maybe to start with for the weekend and then for a week. I would really like to know about everything you ate during that time so like maybe in a blog post just a little list of ideas?! would be very thankful <3 xx

  • So glad you tried the vegan diet, Anna! I've never felt as good as I do now that I'm a raw vegan. I LOVED dairy products too - cheese & yogurt - until I learned how bad that really are for you. Keep up the great work! xx

  • So you choose goat milk over cow milk because it's healthier or why??

  • I read Skinny Bitch about 3 years ago and haven't had milk since. I also stopped eating red meat immediately...

Everyone needs to read this book..

  • @MicrophoneNation just a quick response this, i watch the daily vlogs and i do remember them discussing that soy milk is supposed to be bad for you so i believe she does know, i think the problem they were having was actually finding the almond milk in cork, ireland so if anyone lives in the area and knows where to get it i'm sure they'd appreciate the info :)

  • i'm so with you about the whole wheat pasta, lol

i've been eating vegetarian for about 4 months now, and i really do feel more energized and just plain healthier! granted i need to revamp my diet, i eat too much pizza (oops) and pastries still (double oops). this video really inspired me, or inspired me again, to want to cook more and eat whole foods instead of junk :)

  • Fruit smoothie products tend to actually be quite bad because they are FULL of sugar and not much else. If you think about the amount of blended fruit in one glass of smoothie, it's WAY more pieces of whole fruit than you would eat in a day, and blending them gets rid of all the good parts like fiber. : (

  • You need to try the new Barilla whole grain range. You don't taste a difference! And I am like you, I always thought wholegrain pasta is just wrong

  • After reading Skinny Bitch I followed the diet closely for about 4 months. I did feel somewhat more energized & loved the fact that I wasn't eating animal products, but after 4 months I began eating dairy again, and after a year I gave up and began eating meat again. I wish I could have kept it up; but I'm the main cook in my family and they're not about to give up their meat & it was just too difficult for me : (

  • Thanks for sharing, Anna. You look so beautiful, as always. I wish I could eat healthier! It comes soooo hard for me! My weight certainly does fluctuate. I notice a huge difference sometimes. I need to make a conscious effort to eat healthier to go with the exercise that I do. Have a great weekend!

  • I'm gonna do it!

  • Watch to see with the soy milk, because it mimics estrogen. It can alter your period, so be careful. Obviously sometimes that can be a good thing (it slows it down) but others it can really alter it in a bad way. If you see big changes that are surprising to you, go see an OBGYN fast.

  • @cjs130 the phytoestrogen in soy milk signals the body to create slightly less of its own estrogen, so it balances out. that is why diets rich in soy products actually reduce the risk of getting breast cancer, because estrogen related cancers are more likely to be caused by your body's estrogen than phytoestrogen (plant estrogen). i drink soy milk every day and i've never noticed the tiniest change in myself.

  • @jdizzle708 I didn't know that but it's cool since I eat a fair amount of soy products :)

  • @MicrophoneNation So glad you mentioned this !! The soy industries uses way too many gmo's.

  • Dairy products are actually very good for yo, they have vitamin D & it helps your bones, teeth, etcd. It may have fat but it's the healthy natural kind not the added kind . I won't ever give p dairy, it is delicious and I eat/drink it in moderation.

  • @holasierra95 Vitamin D is the sun. All greens have it. I understand you enjoy dairy but dairy is not good for anything but the baby cow. Its a fact :( Besides if you are out in the sun for like 5-10 min for only like 3 days a week you get plenty of Vit D

  • @holasierra95 It's not good for you it has the wrong kind of fats.

  • I don't have the will power to give up meat or dairy lol I pretty much live on chicken and yoghurt

  • i eat whole grain pasta :)

  • Anna! im doing a vegan trial for a month. Since you are cutting out dairy from your new diet, i suggest eating soy, rice or coconut ice cream! you wont feel deprived of desert ever!

  • @MicrophoneNation some brands use non modified soy beans for soy milk. There's a website that tells you which brands :)

  • Hiyaa...:) i was just wondering where can you get the Hemp shake in ireland? xxx

  • Skinny Bitch is a real eye-opener for anyone. Skinny Bitch in the Kitch had recipes in it but they were all of highly processed foods.

  • Not all E numbers are bad. its a naming system for food additives that have been assessed as safe by the EU. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) an E number [300-305].

  • hi! ive read skinny bitch before and i loved it. my friend turned vegan and im kinda working on it haha. but i wouldve mentioned in this video that the book swears alot, especially for your younger viewers :)

  • i could never give up cheese or butter haha i barely eat meat either

  • Vegan's can't have honey :(

  • @SusanFogarty You can if it is natural not from a bee farm!

  • in Italia la mangiamo la pasta integrale:P Certo, non spesso come quella normale ma non è una cosa poi così strana;) Con la salsa giusta o delle verdure non è male =)

  • I love Skinny Bitch. It really changed the way I think about food. I agree, it is very strict and I don't think I could change all of that at once, but I have incorporated some of their ideas into my life and it has made me healthier.

  • i absolutely agree with you on the whole wheat pasta thing!

i HATE it too.. and I'm half italian haha.. Whole wheat pasta is a no-no

  • @dannWTF i know its so gross haha

  • that diet sounds really interestng :)

i just wondered, how tall are you? :D

  • I'm loving that book!!! I have it on my Kindle and its so informative and I'm seriously thinking of trying it. Love veggie stir fry!

  • Funny I eat the exact same thing for breakfast (except I don't always have blueberries, unfortunately). Even the cinnamon!

  • I just started going vegan Sunday and I feel amazing. I've been vegetarian for 7 months I lost 38 pounds since doing so. But since going vegan I've lost 3 pounds! I tell you going vegetarian is amazing! But going vegan is so much more fulfilling! I have some videos recorded for my channel and will be uploading them soon. Please check out @animalpeaceproject for some more videos on this topic! She is amazing!

  • Try Almond Milk, it's pretty tasty.

  • Ha, ha, I'm so with you on the cooking. Hate chopping and watching the pot. I've set things on fire several time and have been banned from cooking (love baking though) :D. Whole wheat pasta does taste odd, besides I'm trying to go wheat free. A friend did it and says her stomach's never been flatter (her husband's too). Try miso soup, it's healthy and super easy--one just adds the paste to hot water. You can add veggies, dulse flakes or anything to it as well.

  • im vegetarian but i could never go vegan i love cheese and eggs only dairy i eat really.

  • I went veggie 2 yrs ago, & vegan last year for a good 7 months. Lost about 25lbs, skin looked amazing, I was happier, full of energy. Stress, however, got the best of me by the end of the year and I actually went all the way back to eating meat. I can tell the difference in how I feel for sure. I'm getting ready to go back vegan in the next week, & this made me feel so excited about it. Thank you so much for just being honest. Happy to hear others that are just as excited as I am.

  • Anna PLEASEEEEE can you tell me what your eyeshadow is???

    Love Nakd bars too :)

  • lol I am the same way about whole grain rice-YUCK!!!! (because we always eat white rice and I am so used to it)

  • do you know the tofuguru here on youtube ? i think the recipes are great and fit to your diet ;)

  • Love those nakd bars, they are amazing!!

  • best video ever

  • I'm trying the 5 small meals per day that are high in protein. Hopefully it works!

  • i love dairy too much to do this diet!!!

  • I read "Skinny Bitch" and really liked it, but I found that not all of it was backed with credible scientific information. If you want to limit meat and dairy but not necessarily cut it out, I HIGHLY recommend "Fit for Life" by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond. It's super cheap, under $10 and it actually explains how digestion works and what happens when certain foods enter the body. It's an easy read, and very practically written. It was written in 1989 but a 2010 was just published!

  • You're already so in shape :)! But being a vegetarian is very good for you. Since you went dairy free you were being vegan for a week which is pretty great! I'm a vegetarian and not a vegan because I can't give up yogurt AND also sadly at some restaurants they don't offer almond milk (which I drink) and I have to have fat free milk if I have cereal at restaurants :/

  • keep going Anna, keep looking into this, you're doing great! don't give uppp!!

  • how tall are you

  • I don't think I'd be able to give up my cheese =(

  • i hated that book it freaked me out

  • Anna, how tall are you?

  • y dont u give up flour? its bad. rice pasta is delish. i loved ww pasta tho- when i wasnt diagnosed with gluten intolerance. im italian too and i dont have a prob with w.w. pasta in theory.i just cnt eat it. also larabars are amazng.

  • so proud of you!! being vegan is the best choice i've ever made :)

  • how tall are you?

    or how tall is nana?

  • The smaller waist has everything to do with sodium. Less sodium, less bloat.

  • how tall are you?

  • How do you normally maintain your weight?

  • keep the natural hair color, it looks perfect on you :)

Thank you for the tips anna! xx

  • i love skinny bitch!!!! :) Made me Vegetarian.. and working on no dairy!!

  • hi dear anna, thank you so much for the great inspiring video and congratulations on your book.

Which kind of bagles do you eat now? because white bagels are made with milk aren't they?

    xo sabrina

  • PLEASE do more of these!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • A really really great light pasta sauce, is just Slice enough tomatoes to fill a cookie sheet. brush them heavy with a good olive oil. basil salt and pepper to taste.. put them in a low (250 or 300 degree) oven for 2 hours. pull it out and cut them all up, pour it right over pasta...easy and fast.

  • I could never give up a big, juicy steak !

  • u re my inspiration to do that now !

  • I can't stand the taste of soy milk but I do like creamy Almond milk-with Vanilla

  • LOL! I've always wondered what Italians thought about whole wheat pasta! I just imagined a bunch Italians sitting around and laughing at us Americans and our whole wheat pasta craze. LOL!

Btw..... I'm the SAME way about baking vs. cooking. :)

  • Great recap of your week as a vegan. I'm currently a vegetarian and after seeing some recent videos on the dairy industry am looking to make the switch to vegan. The Kind Diet by Alicia Silverstone is another great book to read.

  • Ive never read that book just because the title ha but Ive tried eating vegan before and even raw vegan. I don't know if I noticed much difference but I did feel healthier. I actually ate raw vegan for 5 months. Also I was thinking you might have lost an inch around your waist since you are not eating dairy now since dairy can often cause bloating, maybe not but just a thought. You've made me want to eat healthy again!

  • I agree with you about whole grain pasta. I love whole grain anything except for the pasta. It is something about the texture of it, it just tastes wrong to me!

  • Soya Light is for winners!! =]

  • omg i love oatmeal!

  • People always bash the vegan diet, but I have been vegan for 3 1/2 years and I feel and look better than I have my whole life. I also noticed a change in skin (I had eczema on my arms that has completely vanished) and my allergies have gone away (I used to have horrible allergies. I highly recommend a vegan diet to anyone willing to try it, however I think there are much better resources besides Skinny Bitch. I would recommend the book Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman MD

  • @akemp7777 Everybody can choose what they eat. But The only people who i saw who were vegan. Were extremely underweight and looked sick! i can't help it but beeing underweight and looking like a dead body isn't really healty i think! But i guess there are people like you who DO NOW what to eat and stuff like that. If you are vegan or vegetarian.. figure out what to eat :D but i'm glad it works for you and a lot of people

  • I try to eat fairly healthily most of the time but i dont think i can ever cut out dairy, i love my food too much! lol!

  • If they have it where you live, Daiya is the BEST vegan cheese I have ever had. Its a new brand. The cheddar is better than the Mozzarella, but both are fabulous. It comes already shredded. But I hate the other brands, this one I love because it tastes the most like cheese. I eat gluten free and dairy free and meat free and I am a person who loves dairy so it took me a while to find my replacements.

  • You look amazing! I love your new hair color :)

  • It's funny that you put this video out now because I was just telling my hubby a few days ago that I want to go back to a semi-vegetarian diet. I was vegetarian for a year and vegan for about 4 months of that time. I never craved meat but my binge eating came back with a vengance... so I think this time around I'll be doing the pescatarian thing even tho some vegetarians and vegans scoff at that way of eating. Oh, & thx for the meal ideas!!!! So helpfull!!! :)

  • i´m pro vegan =) ...but i think "skinny bitch" is crap...

  • I can't find the book in my stores :[

  • What eyeshadow are you wearing?? Thanks for the interesting vid.

  • It sounds like you are getting a lot of carbs and not much anything else. This could cause weight gain if you're not careful. Every vegetarian I know gained weight after because they loaded up on pasta and cheese in place of meat.

  • wow, i absolutely adore your earrings. Where did you buy them?

  • I am on a "lifestyle diet" called the paleo diet or caveman diet - you can google it. The basis of the diet is meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruit & nuts - that's it! Its a similar idea to this diet you are explaining in that it gives you more energy & is better for you BUT you cant have legumes/dairy/grains. If you google that you will see our bodies are not made to digest those things - message me and I can explain more! You lose weight/tone up & its so healthy for your body/future diseases

  • @julesjoiner Me too! I started a week ago and have lost 4 pounds.

  • what blush are you wearing!?

  • I was a veggie for fifteen years, knowing that the best thing for me and the planet and my love and respect for all creatures would be veganism, but I couldn't do it. I love cheese! Skinny Bitch... it got through to me. It made me see cheese for what it really was, what it was meant for, what cows ACTUALLY go through in factory farming (and so why there's antibiotics in milk...) I've been vegan since reading it and I've never felt so happy, alive, and energetic. Three years! I LOVE FOOD!

  • i loveee your videos!!!!!!!!

  • hi anna, i'm just curious, i don't understand why you chose not to consume products that come from the cow but you still eat for example goat cheese, is there a difference other than the taste? or has this something to do with fat or something?

  • I read "Skinny Bitch" and the next day I went strictly vegan... it's been almost two years now.

  • There's nothingbwrong with cows milk...what wrong with you ppl? It's actually the best milk for you..cow whole milk all thevway for me!!!

  • i just bought skinny bitch and skinny bitch in the kitch yesterday! what a coincidence!

  • I´m a veggie since half a year and I´d actually try vegan but it´s actually not that healthy to relinquish on dairy products and stuff like that :/

  • Yeah! Veggie rocks!!!! ;)

  • I read skinny bitch in april (last year) and since then I'm vegan (except some cheating on summer holidays). I feel so good with it and I've lost some weight as well. :)

  • that's funny I got skinny bitch at the library last week out of curiosity but haven't read it yet. I did read one of her cookbooks though, and it was intense

  • yaaay! go vegans! hahaha. You should definitely read the book The Kind Diet by Alicia Silverstone. It has so many great meat and dairy free recipes in it!

  • I think your make up looks really really awesome in this video!! would be nice to know what you used.

I'm a vegetarian for more than two years now, and my mum says that I look somewhat slimmer since I quit eating animals (I also don't eat fish and sea fruits). It's not difficult for me at all, but I guess I couldn't stop eating cheese, since then there's not much left that you could eat on bread ^^

  • Is there the possibility to translate your book into other language like italian???i'd like so much!

  • I Love Love Love the naked bars, but it is very hard to find now. Used to stock in waitrose, and H&B, but not now! Sad!!!

  • Great video. I follow to your other channel too. RESPECT! I hate cooking and love cheese and milk. I think it's very hard not to eat or drink dairy but it seems to work. :-)

  • totally agree on the pasta issue! :D

  • try grapes in the freezer!

    amazing!

  • thank you for the infos, really helpful :)

  • Do you think you could stop eating sandwiches? ;) I try to never eat them.. except garlic ones sometimes. And I promise.. If you don't eat bread in any form.. you will feel so much better to. And also.. I don't eat meat and any diary either.. except from butter sometimes.
