@xoKonicciwa as long as they are to do with your RPC. say there is a clip of kiba running and he is supposed to be saving your person, that is fine, but the entire video can't be that. it HAS to be based around your rpc or rpc's.

@XxRoboticXPantiesxX no, there can only be one entry, if you put it more than one, i'm going to take the one i think is best and use it for judging, rather than judge all of them.

a beta is an incomplete video. so say your using a song that is 3 minutes and 40 seconds long, instead of going that full amount of time, you might only do 1 minute and 20 seconds.

umm, when you say that you need the persons permisson can't you just like pick random picks off of photobucket? I mean, not like the persons gonna be MAD if they see that their rpc is in a tribute, i mean I'd be happy XP...or do you HAVE to get their permission??

well normally i would say that would be fine but for a contest entry it's supposed to be yours and yours alone unless someone says you can use it. as the judge i'm assuming that everything belongs to the person who made the video unless there are disclaimers in the description. if you can find the actual person who made the rpc and give their youtube account the credit for the rpc then i guess you could use the other rpc's
