Did some digging on this and found the story behind it all. This was an on-duty police officer who had stopped at the Walmart to do a walkthrough. While he was there he bought some cleaning supplies for his patrol car and this couple started harrassing him calling him a traitor for shopping while on duty. They then waited for him outside the store and started in again and started getting physical, that's when this video started up. He went to arrest them, they resisted, zappage ensued.
Even if its security or police officers it does give the right anyone to commit breach of the peace! Security officers can stop or deter a crime from happening. I'm a police officer and I respect the jobs of people and this fat cunt should have been tazed by the janitor of walmart

@suckmydick1138 if they have justification then yes, they can put their hands on you, by the way these people were acting then yes, use of force is justified by the police. and while citizens do have the right to defend themselves against unlawful action by police, most of the general population are completly ignorant of the law and have no clue what is legal or not. what the officers did is perfectly fine, actually im disappointed that the officer let them do that for so long before reacting

@420991 while the people are ignorant of the law, law enforcement is not, yet when they break the law they are held less accountable...they are less likely of being arrested less likely of being convicted and serve lower sentences... ive seen cops try and justify doing things to people, but even though they can justify something in their head dosent mean that its legal, or right....i mean i guess if someone is acting in a way i disagree with it should infringe on their rights like police would..
