  • Bad form. And to the people who disagree i cannot change your mind but he does say he is leaning far to forward which is bad form. he should have stopped and started again. Alot of strain on the lower back doing what he is doing. and yes i do squat and i have been training for 3 years. the advice i get is solid and so is my training.

  • @jasonyoungisnumber1 If using 6 plates a side for a single would have made his legs better, you can bet Arnold would have done it...the point is, seeing how much weight you can lift once doesn't do much for muscle growth. All it builds is the ego, and at the heavy weights Layne uses it sets him up for injuries. The lift is impressive, and is more than I can do...but is it making Layne a better bodybuilder? Probably not

  • @HallowedBeThyGame actually, before I started squatting heavy, my legs sucked. Now they still aren't going to be the best onstage, but I placed top 5 in all of my pro shows and all the judges actually complimented me on my legs. You are entitled to your opinion, but you are wrong :)
