It's actually quite strong. You'll feel some wobble with very heavy, top-heavy loads, but the setup will handle a large amount of beating.

i'm thinking about getting one of these, my main concern is that it wont be rigid enough. how much flex is there in the rear?
it just seems like a piece of metal bolted on to the ned of the bike wont be able to compair to the welded triangle.
my alternative would be to get a bob trailer.
