  • I think you have a great body.

  • And of course it burns calories! If you are still craving, maybe your body is just hungry. Shouldn't deprive it from food. Eat healthy stuff! I have this rule that I dont eat 2-3 hours before i go to bed, but last night I was craving really pizza really.. So I ate a cup of vegetables, and I put cheese on them to make it taste good. It fulfilled my cravings and it was only about 100 calories. I've lost 7 pounds in the past week, check out my channel too see my progress!

  • To stop yourself from craving, what I do is SLEEP (even though it slows your metabolism, but when you wake up you are no longer craving) but if you have eaten 1-2 hours before, then don't do it. Exercise instead. I take a bike ride with my iPod, or take a long walk (you don't have to brisk walk or run its just to get your mind off of food) It works trust me!

  • To get back on track, start slowly!! Otherwise you will binge again. And keep reminding yourself never to give up! I know it's easier said then done BUT trust me, if you are craving bad foods/wanting to binge. STOP and think! Keep reminding yourself that losing weight is far better than giving into your cravings.

  • Hi babe! your body is very very beautiful! I can see why you want to lose weight though, because 190 pounds is a lot of weight, but for your height it's not. I think you look good now, but don't lose more than 30 pounds! (im going to continue this in a next comment because I have a limit amount of characters)

  • just realize u have done great already... dont get discouraged.. try to get ur motivation back up.. find time to workout and just eat healthy and not too much.. u can do it!

  • Something is better than nothing! At least you did yoga! You should try to eat as clean as possible this week, and up a little your workouts this week. And don't worry you are looking great! Keep up the good work.
