First off, overall great cover! Nice voice! I Don't know if you're serious about singing or it's a hobby- here's some feedback to help you improve if you've got ambitions:

Toward the middle you rushed the melody and even went off it a few times. There were some pitch problems when you opened your higher register and you should watch your phrasing and timing. Like I said great cover and nice voice! Keep it up;)
