  • What format is the 3D model in?  Was that captured with a 3D microscope or was it manually modelled?

  • its captured with fluorescence microscope, with many layers through the depth of the cell; each layer then goes through 3D deconvolution to remove the stray light, and finally composed together to form a 3D image
