He will be there and have his match with Tyler, but he can't be on PPV, because of his contract with TNA.

Yeah I know it sucks. ROH > TNA. But that's life, Joe is better off financially in TNA, I don't hate on the guy for that.

The funny part about that is the PPV Rising Above didnt get air'd this pass weekend, instead they showed a rerun of their last PPV Driven....anit that a bitch.

It isnt live. Depending on your cable provider it costs between 10-15 dollars.
