  • loool We don't speak like that in England :p you americans smh

  • Wow this girl does not seem very bright lol

  • Are there any relaxer timing issues to be aware of with henna/indigo? Do you wait a certain amount of time after your relaxer to henna/indigo?

  • what does it do to the hair ?what is this?

  • what does it do to your hair?

  • @nailsgreeninc What does what do?

  • Ps, I wonder why she added the lemon to the henna, to release the color (red), only to add the indigo (black) afterwards??

  • @kymelle right!!! I'm confused because I thought the lemon wouldn't be necessary since the indigo is to make the hair dark/black.

  • Ive been doing henna monthly since Jan 10 and I love it, especially my reddish color. I've been wanting to try the egg, but because I use a heating cap to give the henna a "running start" into the conditioning process, I was scared it would cook and created a baked on residue??!! But also, I was sure you weren't supposed to mix the henna in a metal container?

  • Glad to see u back!

  • Oh, and I even have the can to stare it in :-).

  • Hi sissy girl. I have purchase the Henna you love so much with the lady on the front, and I have the alma oil too. I'm so excited to get started but, I'm going to do a hot oil treatment before I do it, although you said you may not have too. Anyway, love listening to you girl, post more vids, ok. chow.

  • so indigo is just more for dying?

  • Hey Q.B. did your hair get longer?

  • I'm so happy to see you on here!!! Glad you're back!

  • It is a dye but it's all natural. It can be used to dye anything as well as material.

  • i stronlgy agree the east indian women have got hair care down pack! low manipluation, herbs, cocnut oil and protectie styling! this is some serious stuff! and i hope black women tak note of this!

  • Love the glasses and the English accent. I tried Henna and Indigo for the first time last year, did it twice then returned to using non permanent dye, so much quicker. But you make it look like so much fun, I may go back to it again. Toodle Pip (old English for goodbye).

  • Why did you stop using the whole egg and now you only use the white?

  • so this dyes ur hair as well? =(

  • @lashawna07 What do you mean by dye? This is not permanent and this is not a chemical.

  • @TheTruthisHair by dye i mean alter the color. so this alters the color of your hair then?

  • @TheTruthisHair

You are claiming that the henna makes your hair black or dark brown, etc. whatever. So, we can only assume that it changes hair color? Does it somehow simultaneously strengthen your hair and change its color?

  • @TheTruthisHair Actually, it is permanent. The moment you put henna in your hair, you alter your hair follicles, which is why it's noted on most professional dyes that you need to strip (chemically) your hair in order for a dye to take.

  • @lashawna07 it shows tints of red

  • @Chinaboo94 ooh no bueno lol. thanks

  • Thank u sooo much for this tutorial!

  • I had a very hard time washing out my henna, when I tried it months ago. It left leafy grains in my hair. What was your method in washing all the leafy grains out?

  • I gave you a thumbs up before the vid started (lol),,, glad to see you back :-)

  • How often do you do this?

  • Thanks a million!

  • I use basically the same recipe except I don't use Indigo and the egg white. I will have to get the half cape, great idea..thanks for sharing.

  • @1krzypraz I like the half cape idea too....got to get me one this weekend!

  • I thought you had to keep henna away from metal utensils. Please advise, thanks.

  • @mpofus76 so did i

  • @mpofus76 No. Where did you hear that?

  • @TheTruthisHair on a hair forum I think, something about metal interacting with henna and messing up its properties. But I guess not coz you've done it and no problems.
