EVERYONE listen you need to get to the itunes store at the bottom in the middle there is a flag change it to the united states and then when every thing changes in the (bottom right) click on anyone in top free apps then a box will apear you will click on sign up and then you fill and when you get to the credit card step you will find none

hey i did all that shiot and i got on to the page where it says and email got sent to u to verify the thing and no emial has been sent its ther right emial cauz i check it over and i resent it like 1000 times
