Honestly - the amount of work he does for the team, combined with his creative/goalscoring play he's got to be worth more then kaka - especcially at his age.

I hold a firm belief he'll one day be the best in the world, even when ronaldo was here - rooney was the one we couldnt afford to lose - he makes us tick, without him we wouldnt be the same.

In terms of all round ability, he is the best centre forward in the premier league - but his consistency and temperament are very questionable. The potential is massive, but he is nowhere close to what he could be, IMO. I still see Rooney the kid, I want to see Rooney the boss. Still a brilliant player, mind.
