  • All I can say is Steven Hogarth never ceases to amaze me!!!

  • What we witness her my Marillio friends.. is the one band that, when they are gone, we will have all the `real` people in the world.. wondering.. and despairing WHY?? Did I not go and see them!....

Enjoy.. and love.. they are one.. of one..

  • this song makes me cry

  • What you wonder about is...GOD !!!

  • Feel it Feel inside the atoms where the science breaks down Feel inside the atoms where the science breaks down If you don't believe in love You'd have to make it up You'd have to make it up You'd have to make it up What I have here in my hand Is like faith but not faith What I have here in my hand This is what I feel for you What I have here in my hand Is like knowing but deeper It's why I am here It's why I am here
  • What I have here in my hand Is like faith but not faith For those without faith also have What I have here in my hand What I have here in my hand Is like feeling but deeper It's why I am here What I have here in my hand Is knowledge without proof What I have here in my hand This is what I feel for you It's why the earth is alive It makes electricity work And fire dance in the sky..
  • beautiful song .goosebumps ... :)

  • The most underestimated band in rock history, even The Beatles are shit when you compare them to Marillion.

  • BRUTAL BELLO

  • the 23 that disliked this are no people! i think just some wild animals....

  • @alpacinorulzzz or fish fans...

  • da fahr ich hin am 26.11 nach oldenburg als vorband von deep purple alle kommen

  • Pete trewavas greatest bass player ever and my dad thats right im luke :) thumbs this up

  • His voice is really beautiful....and also beautiful guitar ...

  • i like better the fish era, but also i like some works with Hogart,

  • Great Steve Hogarth and his volume knob issues, but, being the man with class that he is, he chuckled and so did we. No biggie. Pete, however, for those who aren't musicians and might've not noticed, sounds like he learned this arpeggio technique from "Blackbird", of which they have also recorded a live version, and it sounds AS GOOD as Paul McCartney's version.

THIS is a band us versatile/intelligent rock musicians should learn from!

  • Heh, volume knob is quite a bijatch sometimes :D.

The similiar thing happened to Mark as well, check out Marbles on the Road Bloopers video.

Btw, brilliant performance. As always in case of Marillion.

  • Great to see the guys having such a great time!

  • Marillion has an unsurpassed ability to crank out songs that still amaze me years after I first heard them. This is one of them.

  • wonderful!!!!!!!!

  • That was good.

  • Just amazing. You can't beat Marillion! :)

  • "The amazing Steve Hogarth on bass" - that was good :D

  • 2:21 - fantastic!

  • I can't help but to have a little chuckle at H's bass faux pas, forgetting to make sure the volume knob was turned up. I've done that a few times myself during shows, then I would get the knowing, sly little grins from the other band members afterward. Embarrassing, but still funny!

  • mužu jen řict...nádherné....

  • sublime

  • maravilloso!!

  • Saw this played at the Weekend in 03' when they first played it. Epic song akin to Beautiful, but obviously with that post Marbles Marillion sound.

  • ...This song wasn't played until 2007, and it can't have the "Post Marbles" sound if it was first played in 2003 as you said.

  • No they played it at that weekend, 2003, it wasn't finished yet though, same with ocean cloud.

  • :'(

    so beautiful

  • all i can say is WOW!

  • My God! Fucking amazing!!!!

  • After listening...I am feeling better,we will see in Krakow,te estamos esperando en Cracovia

  • Ann dzięki Ci.......jeszcze tylko ok.90 godzin nas dzieli od...Krakowa..:)))))

  • joy is not in things, it is in us...marillion is joy in me but not in my mate at work, his loss not mine

  • I wasn't too impressed with their "Somewhere Else" album,

but this particular song is fucking BRILLIANT.

  • Overall, I wasn't too impressed either. But the album definitely has its moments. Somewhere Else, Faith and The Wound are great in my opinion :)

  • wonderful song, thanks, Hogart is the best

  • this melody is SO beautiful it's almost painful. x_x

  • Hogarth is a master.

  • Well done! I miss you all :)

  • that's wonderful;)

  • ive been following maillion since 1983....pure brilliance.....and faith sound just like a great beatles song..awsome well done guys

  • @markbsac Too much similar to "Blackbird", don't you think??

  • Lovely !

  • excellente

  • Truly incredible..gotta have the DVD!!

  • This is an amazing footage! Pete Trewavas is not only a great bassist but a really good guitarist! Did Steve Hogarth improvise on the bass on the spot? If he did then that's amazing! It is not easy to sing and play the bass, especially if one is not truly a bass player. Here manages to pull off everything really well.

  • hes only strumming the dam thing u fool

  • No, he is using PIMA finger picking. Perhaps if you picked up a guitar and took a lesson or two you would know that.

  • This is the most wonderfull song in the world

  • No PROBABLY about it. They ARE the best live band in the world.

  • Probably the best live band in the world.

  • You said it!!!

  • And I say it, too.

  • Emerson Lake & Palmer is the greatist Band ever in the world. Marillion is a favorite of mine, but nowhere near ELP.

  • ELP put out 3 or 4 great albums in the early 70s like Tarkus, Brain Salad Surgery, and Trilogy. Everything else they've done since then is total garbage.

  • Not my best track ever but still performed with passion and much better live.

    williamblue

  • Excellent video. Cant wait to buy the whole DVD.

    Glyn

  • Pete Trewavas is truly amazing . . .

  • bravo lads!!! bring on the dvd, cant wait, quality and its also time you visited down under New Zealand awaits!!

  • I love Marillion - always first class and sound better live than on albums, and the albums sound superb.

  • "weh not everybody has a body like you!"

    ach das wunderbar

  • In my country Marillion (like loads of excellent musicians) aren't very much known. Misplaced Childhood was such a hit in Europe that we got it too (and I loved it), but after that... nothing else! Thanks to the internet, I'm catching up on more than 20 years of brilliant music I've missed! But I'm afraid the only chance I've got of seeing them live is through YouTube and dvds, so... keep on posting/making them. Thank you.

  • Enjoyed this much better live than on the album, dvd will be worth waiting for!!

  • Oooooooo!!!

  • Sounds so much better live than on the album. A song that shows their great musical diversity. Lovely.

  • marillion I love you

  • Lovely!

  • Love it! Thanks guys!

  • Damn fine song, boys.

  • Wow, these are ARTISTS!

  • How do you make awesome music look so effortless?

    (Ask Marillion!!!!)

  • Beautiful song - quite beatlesque

  • Simply beautiful

  • You boys can do no wrong for me, you get better and better.

  • Great stuff, as always - and I do think Steve Hogarth is amazing on the bass ;-)

I just picked up the "EMI Singles" DVD - can't wait to add "Somewhere in London" to my collection.

  • One of the best Bands ever and still creating great music - excellent!

  • Beautiful song.

  • Thanks for posting

  • The sound of the Ibanez sucks, it's too bad for such a beautifull song...

  • Indeed. Ibanez acoustics (and most of their electrics) have no business in the hands of a professional.

  • i was at both of the gigs in the forum last june . they were amazing . all i can say is marillion rock !

  • great track from a brilliant band why dont the lads get the credit they deserve

  • Great track! Good video!

  • Such a professional performance, yet again excelling most musical talent you hear these days.Looking fwd to seeing them on the xmas tour.

  • Is there a more complete band around? Nah. great music, great gigs, great humour and an affinity to the fans that's second to none. A beautiful song done with their usual aplomb.

  • THE magical band. Hogart in his best. Great performer also.

  • I loved this Live, would love to hear it again.

It surprised me that Pete played the acoustic, lovely though. :D

  • The best band in the world. Nice video!

  • Keep on rocking :-)

  • A great vid of an extrodinary band who just keep on going and reaching new hieghts with every album, aswell as showing that special relationship with there fans

  • MARILLION RULES !!!!!

  • Great song!

  • Saw them live and I have to say: what a great band is this!

  • This is totally AWESOME, sends shivers down my spine, from this starting announcment till the end. "Standing streching every nerve ... " :oO Thanks to u guys for that music!

    Great Stuff

  • OUTSTANDING!!! :)

  • One word: AWESOME!

  • Supurb.. who are this band?

  • Marillion

    Beautiful song indeed!

  • Beautiful song!

  • This song is amazing. This is the SOUND that marillion injected inside me when I was growing up and never left. Mister Hogarth on the bass guitar, Rothery's picking and the melody when the whole band starts playing.... the strange harmony in the end of the song with kellys strings... this is AMAZING music. please keep playing this live.

  • Excellent piece of music. Great performance.

Roll on Album 15! And the following Weekend :-)

  • 10/10......fantastic work...can't wait to buy the dvd

  • This is so very cool

  • I really like this song. It was such a fantastic gig and I'm so glad we're getting a dvd with such good quality in both the sound and the visuals. Top notch!
