@TheShieldfaith No, Delta Force is exactly that and eventhough "The Unit" is a crystal clear reference to Delta Force, in the series it´s a subdivision of the USMC, there cover up is not (The logistics department thing). The (Black) team leader has on many occasions called himself, comrades and refered to the military as the Marines.

@TheShieldfaith its a depiction of a section group a fire team consists of two personnel, a group is 4, a section is 8, a platoon is made up of 3 sections and so on... a unit depicts a regiment therefore the unit would be its own regiment.
