@oicu2ok1 Spot weld wont do it . I didnt even try that one . Mine have 3.5 in nuts , just locate you a socket and clean the threads gud with carb cleaner and use high strength loc tite . Let it set for at least 24 hrs. afterwards . When you put the nuts back on they should have a huge washer behind each one that you bend over the nut on two sides and down over a flat spot on the sprocket as well . Have someone hit the sprocket with a handsledge as you tighten each not as tight as you can get it
@oicu2ok1 A nugget for you , I put a paint line across the nut and axle after so i could do a visual on the axles when I`m getting on the machine . I had one fall off before and was blessed that it didnt ruin the threads on the axle and found the stupid nut in the dirt . Once they get loose it will be off in minutes usually .. Bad design and back and forth motion is what loosins them up .
