@cupcake1556 Not even funny. This is just a video for my family -- not as a recipe for you. And, by the way, she is in the beginning stages of Alzheimer's -- so, your comment is in very poor taste. Go troll somewhere else.
@cupcake1556 Why the hell would you write something like that, you disrespectful lowlife! You must not like yourself very much, because judging from the comments you leave on other peoples' videos ("you shame your family's honor", "Get a haircut you occupy wall streeter", "Mikey we know that you are still scoring dope from Red's. You drug fiend...") you just have absolutely NOTHING nice to say. Like leah said, GO TROLL SOMEWHERE ELSE, loser.
@leahthegeek Ur welcome :) And thanks for subscribing to my channel! I watched all your videos and I absolutely LOVE ur grandma! She reminds me of my grandmom and soooo many other old school italians back where I'm from in south philly! I wish you and your family the best holiday and a great new year!!!
@thethugyone I receive numerous complaints from people like you. My comments are true and appropriate. This woman does have Alzheimers, her grand-daughter acknowledged this in her comments to me. Mikey Tuttle is a drug fiend. The arab man is disrespectful to Islam and his family for being like you a homosexual.
@nahpoli It's comments like this that make me appreciate her even more. I know someday she'll be gone, too -- and I know watching these videos will be treasures to me.
do you know if she added any oil to the pan, or it it stricktly meat juices? they look yummy! thank you grandma! i wish i would have recorded mine that is such a good idea.
@leahthegeek very cool. And i'm sure anything your gram cooked was wonderful...by reading through the comments I see she's got Alz. now and isn't cooking anymore. For that I'm sorry...but you've got video 'gold' of her when she was still in her prime that will allow you to remember her at her best. Hopefully, you will carry on the making of the family 'gravy' recipe for your kids/grands! =) Happy Thanksgiving!
@editdave Thank you for the comment! She's going to love knowing that!! I hope they're yummy! You should upload a video response so I can see your creation!

@Topaz5866 Thank you, sweetie!! She is a doll -- the true matriarch to the family even though her light is fading. These videos are treasures to us. I miss her cooking!

"Thanks for putting me on camera", she says. Granny's charming! Everybody is a star! I was in the process of making meatballs for dinner and thought I'd see what methods other people used. Pretty much the same. Good seasoning and not over cooking is the key.

i'm forever trying to make the perfect metballs and gravy.
perfect in the sense of the taste of the meatballs.
perhaps someone can care to let me know what to add to the meatball mix to give it "that taste"?
i've taken to adding red wine to the mix but it still don't taste really great

Some people fry meatballs and some bake them, but I prefer to fry them as you get great grazy to add to the sauce!
