Nitros Oxide is NOT unlockable on the PS1,2 or 3

this is a computer screen NOT a tv screen.

to get it on computer u need to download an emulator and rom(search google for it)

completing all time trials and beating NO just gets you the scrapbook.. which is easier to obtain by completing 101% on adventure mode..

yes but only on Play Station you must complete the game then you must race all tracs very very fast and then race the time guy and win him then you must race the oxide coast at the same trac and beat him and do so on every trac and then he is unlocked.I tryed t ounlock oxide myself but it was to dificult for me.
