Brought back in my case to France, brought back to The Country of 400 different cheeses !!!

A bit MORE of England with me, for a while.

3 packets of of 400 gr I put in my freezer,

and take out, sparingly, to savour, in moderation.

Then, I have to wait till the next time I get the chance to go to England again !

Emmental with holes at 2.18 ... nice, grated on " gratins " Comté, as firm as Cheddar, Morbier with the blue line in the middle and ... grey Valençay ... a goat cheese ... white and tender inside ... at ... 2.21 Comté ... being my favourite ...
