Nice car, needs paint and the 5.86's are a bit deep for my taste. Would run faster with a taller gear set. I ran 5.14's in my 55 Chev drag car, had a 333 small block. But you got a nice ride there, and it's your car so do with it as you want my man.

cool video man, 327 sounds pretty dirty, the gear drive sounds dirty as well. nice hardtop. check out "1955 chevy belair coffin stomper" i don't have any comments yet, but oh well. they are a blast to drive, running a 350, wish i had a 327 though.

i love 55's but hate when they are radious'd on rear wheel wells, i do respect the old days but i think it ruins a 55, etc. i have a 55 210 thats tubbed, not cut wheel wells etc 496 bbc 8-71 bds 4.33 12 bolt mark williams. why the 5 spd though,,, why not a muncie..????

The 55 is running a 331 ci small block with tunnel ram and gear drive. It has run 12.20's in the quarter mile. Thanks
