  • nahh, the best kick is ti chagy and tichy gancha

  • yeaahh.. this kick isn't too hard, don't get me wrong it is very good but everyone is raving over it

  • @justal0V don't lie, you didnt get to black belt in 3 months

  • I Can Do That In Kung Fu Class! it Took Me 3 Months To Get To a Black Belt

  • FALCON KICK!!!!!!!

  • R.I.P

  • Great kick, but why don't these guys in tkd keep there hands up to protect themselves?

  • @poolboyinla some of the professionals have extremely powerful kicks. powerful enough to shatter the forearm.

  • @shajeedislam Yeah, but wouldn't it be better to get their arm broken then their skull?

  • Oh, that one. Okay its hard to do takes a lot of practice.

  • Guy in red hesitated T_T

  • Not practical unless you're in a TKD tournament. And I am blk belt In TKD and would never do this if my life depended on it. Learn how to box, get some mma training...then buy a gun.

  • @crjaded its not practical to use as your main offensive but it can be used if its mixed in with some feints theres a probability it will conect on top of that say your fighting someone and they see you do something like that even if it misses a untrained fighter might hesitate because they see that you know what you are doing of course i always like to stick with basic attacks as advanced i go with my kicks is a spinning hook kick because they arent very practical

  • @afoninja121

    Good point my friend (bowing)

  • couldve easily high blocked that o.o

  • o__o woooww¡¡¡

  • Right when he backed up and went south paw you know what he was doing

  • That wasn't even a tornado kick that was a jump turning back round. You have to land with the leg you kicked with for it to a tornado kick

  • he was like "i'm just gonna stand and when he kicks me in the face i'm gonna pretend he didnt"

  • @MujoAndFata the tornado kick confuses the enemy cause of the spin like you would freeze if you saw a naked woman

  • Hey do you like Tae Kwon Do? Then check out my channel @TaeKwonDoJosh

  • "OH MY GOD"...

  • this isnt stanford vs ucla its a mexican match Tabasco Vs Villermosa

  • OMG PETER GRIFFIN WAS THERE!!

  • best part when he stands up again

  • @DarkLord1425 first off I'm not hating on TKD. I have mad respect for TKD style kicks. Having trained in Hapkido (a Korean martial art which incorporates TKD, among other things) I've learned many of these kicks and have taken more than a few TKD style kicks to the dome during sparring . I've also trained in thai kickboxing for years. In my opinion one of the biggest problems with TKD is the absence of boxing/the use of hands for offense and defense. So slow your role son, and go fuk urself..

  • I finished with just a 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo and I fought in tournmanets like these. I got my ass handed to me so many times lol but you also win some. A guy came at me with a roundhouse kick to the head that I wasn't expecting and I was knocked out for like a good 10 seconds. Before I knew what happened, I was being helped up. I have total respect for these guys.

  • @yonz2nugget yea well just jam there legs and use ur fists on their head...

  • yall need to chill its just a vid about martal arts it a kick if yall got a prob wit it stop wacthin the videos simple as tht

  • @DJustice4All That is just kinda rule. Why don't you use your hands while playing soccer, then?

  • @213Tkd - I'm wrong about what exactly? Not sure I follow.."you keep your hands down in sparring sometimes" and "never in an actual situation" Can you elaborate and clarify that for me?

  • i dont think tornado kick can win a spar..

  • @stewiee799 and btw punches or not, obviously he does need his guard up because he just got knocked the fuck out LMAO

  • @stewiee7999 Yes I have, I've successfully stopped kicks with my hands/forearms. It's not useless, it's proper defense. Anyone who has engaged in kickboxing, Thai or western, knows that the way to block a roundhouse kick is with both hands up to one side and your forearm/elbow held tightly against your body. This is true of defense against head shots and body shots. Similar manner to block turn kicks as well. Also the use of your forearms is essential in blocking front kicks to the torso.

  • @tomashaci - thats non sense

  • Comment removed

  • @RusPrideAK - Putting your hands up is never useless, it's a much more efficient defense tactic than jumping around with your hands at your sides.

  • @DJustice4All yeah but you ever tried to stop a kick with your arms? its pretty much useless. this isn't a self defense fight this is a competition so he knows the guy won't throw punches so he doesn't need his guard up

  • @stewiee7999 It's not. The right angle with your forearms and your opponent just wasted most of it's momentum.

  • We Meet Again 240p

  • What a clean ass turnback roundhouse!!

  • @ Nickotak No doubt, there are too many holes in traditional Taekwondo and MMA is a superior approach to fighting. I've trained in Thai Kickboxing and Hapkido for a number of years, also some Jiu Jitsu and wrestling experience. Hapkido incorporates a lot of Taekwondo kicks and believe me I've taken a few to the head that I wont forget anytime soon. Taekwondo has some very effective kicks but it lacks so much in other areas. It's best to take a mixed approach to self defense. MMA reigns supreme.

  • they cant keep their hands up cos powerful kicks cannot b blockd..so theres no point in keeping their hands up in tkd..

  • @googoogoo8 HAHAHAHHA YOU FAIL SO VERY MUCH! X3

  • the guy filming: 'Oh My God' :o

  • Homeboy got jacked up.

  • Urku diuuuuuuu!!! :)

  • Great

  • perfect kick to the head. hope he didn't lose too many brain cells.

  • @BW9191 I'm glad to hear that, it's good to know some TKD dojangs are teaching proper self defense. While I respect martial arts in general and admire those who reach the level of black belt etc. my fear is that your experience with TKD is isolated. I've seen this go on more than once, TKD guys usually have some excellent kicking ability but they seem to struggle with the concept of using their hands for offense and defense. In my opinion this is a huge gap in typical TKD training.

  • @DJustice4All But a lot of people train in TKD not for self defence, but for sport.

  • BOOM, HEADSHOT.. OWNED

is a better way to get drunk, now i dont have to waste money in alcohol

  • the guy at the end made me laugh hes like "OW MY GOD

  • I've never seen this in a real street fight but I'd love to.

  • @JarheadMaster - From a self defense stand point it makes no sense. Most people that train in martial arts are not training to be in the Olympics, they're training to learn self defense. This is an example of just one of the many problems with Taekwondo.

  • Taekwondo = no defense! why the hell don't they teach these guys to keep their hands up?! Absurd.

  • @DJustice4All people please thumb this up.

  • @DJustice4All

Because in the Olympic rules you are not allowed to strike opponent's head with hands. But in normal sparing you can use everything like in karate stuff.

  • @DJustice4All

It's not like that for all taekwondo.

I'm a 4th degree black belt in taekwondo and through my entire time,we were taught to ALWAYS keep your hands up.

This guy was just retarded and probably got too cocky

  • @BW9191 Really?! Because every video i have seen they keep their hands down. Whats the point in even doing this shitty Martial art? Even in Korea its popularity is decreasing..... Why not try MMA?

  • @BW9191

    hahaha lol

    btw FINISH HIM NOW!!!

  • @DJustice4All In tae-kwon-do you stay far away from your opponent, that's why they use kicks so often, they get taught some hand to hand too, but it's seldom, but then they train blocks too. However no-one said tae-kwon-do is a great self defence sport. It is rich in tradition and culture.

The guys you see in K1 who claim they use tae-kwon-do have in most cases in addition some other martial art mixed in there. Usually kick boxing background with tae-kwon-do add on.

  • @DJustice4All that's why tkd guys can't beat for example kudo or kyoukushin fighters

  • @DJustice4All Truth be told, overall you cant use taekwondo purely in a real fight. I mean the kicks we learn packs one hell of punch, but you're pointing out one the main arguments for why I switched from taekwondo to MMA. But at least after a taekwondo sparring day I didn't risk going home to my gf with a blue eye :-P A LOT more brutal!

  • @DJustice4All They do.

  • @DJustice4All

Ha you think because of one video, the whole Tae-kwon-Do association follow him with his guard down, you are mistaken

  • @DJustice4All even if they put their hands up, its useless. Taekwondo kicks are so powerful that even if you wear tens of helmets you would still get knocked out.

  • @DJustice4All Because you kick faster witht the hands down like that

  • @DJustice4All Wrong. You keep hands down in sparring (sometimes). Never a actual situation.

  • @DJustice4All Yea. At our school, they kinda taught both since they're so similar. One of the HUGE points my instructor always made was KEEP YOUR HANDS UP. I was 13 at the time, so it was a kids class and he would always smack us with a pool noodle if we put them down. Good times... :P

  • @DJustice4All Actually we are taught to keep our hands up but there's a few problems with that in a compotition. 1. at black belt level if your close someone'll probs throw an axe kick which is easier to block with a low hand. 2. your meat and potatos for scoring are body shots, in tkd comps punches to the face are forbidden. 3. you can't base an entire system on one dude's skill if I see a 1 punch ko I don't imediately think that boxing is shit. 4. no one suspects the tornado.

  • @DJustice4All in tae kwon do punching to the face is illegal so in tournaments they keep there hands down to cut time for lower block. and when they kick towards the stomach they usually eat it since the hogu pretty much protects them and or they move back or counter.

  • @DJustice4All

I wonder the same thing when I watch these videos...

I'm just a yellow belt, but we're taught to never put our hands down. While we're practicing our kicks, we get 40-50 push-ups if one of us puts our hands down x.x

  • @DJustice4All LOL enjoy the kick you fuc(*&king hater.

  • @DJustice4All This isn't fighting it's sparing. The combat is entirely different. You couldn't punch in the face in this competition. Even punching them in the chest wouldn't of counted as a point.

    -Kicker in this video

  • @DJustice4All Want good defense ? Try Krav Maga ! That is fucking HARDCORE !

  • @DJustice4All they do but everyone dont get it

  • @DJustice4All because they can dodge

  • @DJustice4All And olympic tae kwon do you only use your legs and yeah you could use your hands to cover your head but its more important to evade a kick than block it , but tae kwon do is a complete martial art

  • @DJustice4All because if you know how to fight with your legs good enough, no one will breach your leg defense position. i was going to a taekwondo gym last year, and i practiced high kicks. trust me, if you can do the tornado kick good enough, no one will get closer more than 1,5 meters. it is a verry good defense. of course, if a taekwondo fighter is pinned to the ground, or it is at a close range, the fight is done!

  • @DJustice4All cause thee tornado kick confuses the enemy so the enemy freezes and doesnt have time for defence

  • @DJustice4All this martial art is about quick reflex, and defending isnt just about keeping hands up, its about the reaction of moment. My brother done this for 10 years, the art is not how you think it is.

  • @DJustice4All because in tkd you fight for points defending is pointless because if your hit they get the point now i took mt after i did tkd and tkd can be very effective if used right and if you learn to guard well but if your taking a tkd stance then you should be able to move around easily for me its easier to just dodge hits than block on top of that if you block you might be dragged into their game not saying you shouldnt block but in my experience its better to dodge

  • @afoninja121 Are you talking about REAL taekwondo or just the WTF sport version? Did you know that Boxers and MMA fighters also win points?

  • @hazza3 well i was talking about the wtf and i know boxing and mma use points but i mean in wtf your objective isnt to knock the dude out its to get more points

  • @afoninja121 Knock outs are still allowed in WTF. In 1988 there were as many KO's as there were decisions.

  • @hazza3 just because they are allowed doesnt mean that people aim for the ko in my school they taught us to use control when fighting as a sign of respect

  • @afoninja121 I had no idea mma score points, I though it's just submit or ko!

  • @dakentaijutsu2010 they do its bassically for i the fight finishes all of its rounds without a ko or submission it comes down to judges decision

  • @afoninja121 go figure

  • lol ucla u c lots of asians

  • it's 540 turning kick?

  • @jinu991 He doesn't rotate 540, he rotates 360. It's a Tornado Kick.

  • I love the slow down version of "Ohhhhhhhhh"..LOL

  • It was a reverse tornado

  • It's more like a spinning round-house kick

  • I laughed so hard. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! When the boy was kicked and fell and stand up again. He's like "FUCK! I HAVE BIRDS IN MY HEAD!" lololol. But that was a very good tornado kick.

  • top comments just want to be at the top

  • He got the retard knocked into him

  • Donde tiene la guardia??

  • good kick

  • That's why you don't mess with Asians. Even if you're Asian.

  • 360 turning kick/round house kick not tornado but that's one for the showreel

  • @jaypo7 lol a 360 round house kick is a tornado kick. It used to be a 360 crescent kick years ago, might be where you're getting confused.

  • @chemicalxi6 Hey mate... it depends on who you talk to... as you've said some call this a tornado... i would call a tornado kick a 360 outward crescent followed by inner crescent in mid air - a move that normally follows a 360 roundhouse (as in video) when performing combos... each to their own but either way ... great kick.

  • @chemicalxi6 360 outward crescent followed by inner crescent in mid air, just rolls off the tounge doesn't it :) It's an amazing kick, executed well in this video

  • SIT DOWN!!!!!!!

  • gf noob

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaw shit this dude just got FALCO KICKED IN THE HEAD.

  • exelent kick

  • nice picture of the guy from the back at the moment of the kick wooow!!

  • wow-chi!

  • In da face

  • Tornado kick? More like a 360 roundhouse..

  • @horseloverfoeva95 more like different ppl call it different things.

tornado kick is a 360 roundhouse.

  • turning roundhouse kick

  • theres an eagle @ 0:19

  • thats a butterfly kick isnt it??

  • @LGwgktng no, it's a tornado...butterfly usually doesn't wind up for the kick.

  • oh btw one more thing, a real asian martial arist never looks at an environment 2D like, if you don't have the brains to backstep at least go AROUND the opponent. Remember the world is 3D. Thats why noobs when pressured they always get backed into a corner, if you can't go forward or back go around.

The moron who got owned had time to block, back step out of his reach or go side step the attack. Don't fight if you suck it makes the asian culture look noobish

  • to fall for a basic move like that is kind of a major fail

  • tornado kick?

isso é um tora tolho tchagui

    ¬¬

  • 360 Toyo Tscagi!

  • That's what happens when you don't put up your damn hands. If his hands were even halfway up, he would have had a chance to block this.

  • @dciguy01 WRONG, it has nothing to do with hands, it had EVERYTHING to do with mentality,

The guy who got owned had PLENTY of time to block, except he used a passive style of fighting (if you can even call it fighting) proof is him falling for a simple move like that. I mean in a real fight even with a non marial artist enemy, the opponent won't fall for it because an aggressive person is always alert . I mean geez who stands there and takes it like a bitch?

  • Nothing like a knockout : )

  • Powned!

  • ROADHOUSE!!!

  • nigga! you just got knocked the fuck out!

  • Chuck Norris Roundhousekick !

  • This is what you get if you dont fucking BLOCK

  • Got to keep hands up.....Some of these guys are fast as hell....

  • THIS WAS SO NASTY I HAD TO SWITCH TO MY PORN WHEN MOM WALKED IN
