Why does Superman have to come in? Seriously, he just ruins the show because he has powers. The Batman series is supposed to show how an ordinary person can be a hero, not some alien from a blown up rock. No offense to the man with the red cape.

I would have been able to watch The Batman if Kevin Conroy did the voice... I don't like who ever did the voice for this show. I just couldn't bring myself to watch it... also the way some of the villeins turned out just made me cringe. I love Batman and the Bat Family and normally I can handle new things that they come out with... but this was just too much. I was especially upset that they got the 'original' voices for Supes and Lois and I think Jimmy for these episodes. *sad sigh*
@PiperBloodheart there is a difference between Kevin Conroy and Rino Romanno's Batman. Kevin Conroy is perfect for the older mature Batman while Rino Romano is perfect for the younger, inexperienced batman IMO

Time mostly. When this episode came up, they only had a real short amount of time, so they just decided to go ahead and use what they knew would work, whereas ealrier, they had more time and wanted to differentiate it from B: TAS and JLU.
Thanks for posting this. Why is it that whenever Superman and Batman are both on the screen, people have to fight over who's better? They are both great hero's. While my favorite is Superman, I honestly think that they are on equal ground for many reasons. If you watch/read story lines involving them, you find out that they have a healthy respect for each other, and don't particularly want to fight each other because, well the other one is scary.

@ktwesterna Aye. I don't really rank them like that. Superman is more physically powerful, is daunting to criminals, and is an iconic symbol of hope. Batman is incredibly intelligent, and while he does inspire a bit of hope, he mostly frightens criminals to no end. On the flipside, Batman is an expert combatant and is usually stronger than any normal human, and Superman IS an investigative reporter for a reason, as he's pretty smart too. They pretty much balance out equally in my book.

It was a nice try, and it did have a nice run... but the original animated series is better. It's what got me hooked on Batman when I was kid.
The Batman was okay... but Batman The Animated Series was badass. Even to this day.

i agree... all i hear from peopel these days is ho superman is gay >_> .... i mean give him a chance. he is the man of stell and teh onyly one ......... u wont see any other hero liek him liek him
