yes you can. intelligence will only help you for mind games. And mind games are never 100% sure. you can lose them just cause your enemy is too stupid. If you f.e. fake sth to force anything and he doesn't even understand your fake you'll be behind. If you think that you are the best player in the world (which he probably is) you can just disable all mind game and only react to what you scouted. I have never seen any impressive mindgame from nestea, though.

@TheDolorousSpirit So the ability to 'out-think' or or outplay doesn't have a direct correlation on intelligence? The reason why I say it does is because if you look at nestea he has EVERY SINGLE thing planned out pregame. He knows what he's going to do what he should expect everything is so well thought out and calculated. You can't put two good players one that plays by 'feel' or 'emotion' vs a mechanical player who has the beginning and the end of the game mapped out hours before hand.

well i think that's just practise. He knows the timing and he knows how to conter the builds. He also seems to have a talent for working new builds out, he may have changed the zvz with his series vs nestea - but i still don't think that's so much in connection to intelligence. He gotta use that build even though IMmvp crushed Dimaga with macro management and Battlecrusiers in the game 8 but luckily the connenction over and Dimaga get undeserved win(He confessed It's IMMvp's win himself in an interview) . That's why NesTea had to use that build in an event which is not even important.

Dimaga only could win with his cheese and with his cheese he shaked NesTea's mind... and NesTea's famous and his style quite widespread so Dimaga easily prepared for him. (He is the champ of GSL 2

I agree with what he said about balance, I play random, but my best race is terran, because i learnt it first, i think terran are easy to get decent with, and toss have so much cheesy shit you can do to win, but guys like MC with the power units like colossus, voids, HTs etc are fucking HARD to beat. As for zerg, it's a hard slog, once u can macro alright u win a air few games but u just dont feel safe like u do playing t or p with cannons, tanks etc

On the fundamental level, Terran is about refining builds, and mechanics. Zerg is about deep decision making. Repetition and practice of mechanics can be gained by anyone in a moderate time, intuition and a deep knowledge of the game, and all races as is required for a zerg, is far more rare.
