The bad news is that Cisco sells the ACS... but if you register on Cisco.com (this is called getting a CCO account), you can download an evaluation copy, with a 90 day license... this is usually enough for a test project...

The key block was removed with Vista and Win 7, so you can now extend it to 2048 or more... :-)
