Tho my biggest problem with the Constitutional party is that separation of church and state thing, they're kinda pushing really hard for implementation of the most fundamentalist interpretation of the bible as the general law for everybody, which is scary (I'm glad they didn't delete my comment tho:))

so far, he has commented on only one cabinet appointment. that is ron paul to be sec. of the treasury. the president does not have the constitutional authority to repeal previous congressional legistlation, but he can expose the misdeeds of congress before the people, and thus movitate the people to vote those tyrants out of office. with the exception of ron paul, and maybe 1 or 2 others, congress is terribly corrupt and needs to be replaced ASAP.
