I thought you might find this interesting the theme from this parade can be found on Mickeys Splash dance album. I find that interesting because Disney almost never sells the music from parades.
Wow, I was a performer in the WDW version of this parade. Almost identical, even the choreography. I loved that character parade....Thanks for posting.
Wheres Baloo, and the March Hare, and Owl, and Kanga, and the White Rabbit, and the Big Bad Wolf, and Rabbit, and Practical Pig, and Little John, and Robin Hood, and Prince John, and Friar Tuck.
Where did you film this? Was it Disneyland or Walt Disney World? Because the floats come in from the left side of Town Square (that is, if you're facing down Main Street from the train station). Again, is it Disneyland or WDW?
Cool, thanks. Quite a short parade. IMO, the song could get annoying fast. Maybe it's just me. I think I saw Scrooge McDuck in there. And I think this was BEFORE the popularity of "Ducktales".
I was at the MK in 1984 and loved the song from this parade. We had bits of it on a videotape but, despite searching everywhere, I have never been able to get it. Until today! I have heard it all the way through again after 23 years! Thanks mate! You have made me a very happy man!
I know, but this is not one of my dad's tapings. This was from an someone else, probably from someone I don't know. My dad just got a copy from person who taped this, hence the inferior quality.
Once again, you've shared another piece of Disneyland history I have not even seen in person. Thanks so much for sharing this and other great classic Disneyland parades.

23 years ago. Although the tape is not 23 years old, it has been transfered to a newer tape before the old tape wears out. Now it's on a mini DV.

Yes it was. Although this was the time when Mickey's Christmas Carol came out, so that's when he became reconizable again.

Actually back then Uncle Scrooge comics were still really popular, so he was well known from that venue.
