  • Good job Tax Force!

  • its funny how you didnt go over there and ask a million questions mr freporter. go to east ny and record your videos there and see how your police scanner gets you fucked up. you know its illegal to own on you fuck

  • Well now let's see.

I didn't need to ask a zillion questions because I heard the radio traffic and knew what happened.

I worked E NY for 20 years at all hours. 1981 to 2001 crime scene/ fire rescue for the NYC papers. I'm just playing with these videos.

I have a federal license that supersedes any NYC or NYS law for my radio.

    You were saying?

  • Go NYPD! Just doin their job.

  • do you know how to tape and keep the camera straight?

  • Yes I almost do. I'm a still photog and not at all good with vids. But here's my comment from below:

Hard to film, hold the radio, ride a bike and keep the cops from seeing both the radio and the camera since they think both are illegal

  • Yes, I almost do as I am a still photog with 147,000 pictures. I'm new to vids, but read my comment from below:

Hard to film, hold the radio, ride a bike and keep the cops from seeing both the radio and the camera since they think both are illegal

  • I'm surprised you don't get higher ratings with this kind of vid. You get the 5 from me, since I understand the radio, bike, staying still stuff. Good job! Lucky they didn't want to bother you.

I see more, so I'll go take a look.

  • The first vid is them driving up at the last second, he almost got away, as you see he was the first car (truck)

  • great video! keep us posted.

Q.did you have a scanner on you cause those tranmissions were really close?

  • Had one in my pocket for the last 25 years. Hard to film, hold the radio, ride a bike and keep the cops from seeing both the radio and the camera since they think both are illegal

That's a Yaesu VX1, smallest possible receiver you can get

  • but a scanner/radio is not illegal unless in a commision of a crime or in a car.

  • right?

  • I'm on bicycle, I'm a licensed amateur and that's a ham radio.

YOU aren't allowed to attach a scanner to a car.

My federal license supersedes any state or fed rule but it has to be a ham radio.

    NYS VTL 397

  • Ohhhh, mabey you can give some tips cause i look forward to getting a ham license in while.

  • Oh yeah, another thing.

If you have your radio and you listen to the cops, that's fine in public, but a violation like jaywalking and you use the radio to avoid them, that's a felony.

That and attaching to a car (Install is the actual word I think)

  • BTW, there's another vid before this showing them blowing past me and stopping the truck at the last second but I thought the actual arrest was better so I posted that.

  • can you post the other? i love action!, most youtubers love action.
