Kosovo is a part of Serbia and there are pliantly of examples thru the world that one place have the same name with some republic or city. Its not your government fault that Greece is in such crisis. Europe imposed the crisis to Greece. With their money that they are giving you now your country will fall into bigger crisis than now in few years. That is what Europe want.
