The two Pig headed people are the two participants that competed in the 'Live' trap scene at the beginning of SAW VII with the girl who was lowered to her death. The triangle thing. Anyway, it is revealed that Rigg is dead because during Hoffman's speech when he was promoted Rigg's picture was there underneath the deaths. Plus, the directors even said he bleeded to death.
