@srninjastar Dunno what that would cost in the US. But here to put the same setup onto a car that has a H6 engine natively its approx $19,000.00AUD including heavy duty clutch, labour and tuning. With the kit that we are making up as we speak that might get cheaper through pulseracing

@srninjastar There's a single turbo H6 car on Youtube that was done in the US.

To to it properly, you gotta build the motor... The Perrin H6 turbo setup was revving to 9k or so, though, running a GT35R turbo, and making 345 HP at the wheels on 16.5 PSI of boost, according to the video. It was a Subiefest car. Be prepared to dump $6-8k into engine build, exhaust fabrication, intercooler, and transmission swap.

@maniaxzero This is 3" stainless pipe and two resonators and TurboXS mufflers. This is a 6cylinder engine the flat 6/H6 similar to Porsche and co-engineered with Subaru block. If your car is 4cyl it will NOT sound like this no matter what you do. Sorry...

Its the 6 speed manual STI gearbox the only box strong enough to handle this kind of tuning and power.

Man the reason I like this machine is that its got that 'hustler' look... you shoud keep it the way it is, maybe change the wheels to light weight type, but man its undercover...

Hmmm not quite more accurately it sounds exactly like a Porsche 911 turbo FLAT 6, in the flesh the engine sounds very little like an M3, and for good reason too, its an entirely different and hotly debated to be superior engine configuration . Power, dependant on fuel quality, is 550HP. And its to 62Mph = 100Km/h.

With some clutch hammering and good turbo weather, both of which are rare occurrences indeed, 100Km/h arrives at the very top of second gear now, which occurs at 3.6seconds +/- 0.2seconds. This s yet to be officially timed digitally. The current time is measured in analogue using HEUER motorsport instrumentation, upon full engagement of a 1st gear launch.

Nice subie, how much power you making? what's the mods?

Mods basically:

90% Full STI spec; chasis and suspension

X2 TDO4 turbos

Full custom exhaust and intake with intercooler.

Current Max Power at 10psi boost pressure: 288Kw ATW or approximately 410Kw at 6400rpm 840Nm at 5000rpm at the crank (this figuure is fuel quality dependant).
