  • don't do meth kids

  • She probably burned her house down after smoking some meth.

  • this is not politcial this will not affect anyone else but the people it is happening to, this is the fakestream media preying on the misfotunate for ratings PERIOD! "I want her arested for asult" wah wah my billion dollar media company just lost a 2000 dollar camera wah, fucking pussy, he was scared shitless of that old woman, this is what liberals did to our men, it's called the pussification of america look it up!

  • reporters should mind there own god dam buisness if the lady wants her house to niot be ob tv it there fault she broke it she asked her to leave cry about it

  • Fucking psycho never heard of freedom of the press? They can cover anything they want as long as they aren't trespassing. And judging by her actions her house must be the one on fire so thats not her yard they are standing in.

  • any more coverage

  • If she would have asked nicely, I'm sure they would have moved. I hope they threw her in the fire & roasted marshmallows over the crackle of her carcass.

  • Wow, can you say CRAZEEE LADEEEE? The face of meth, folks.

  • shes seems off, but reporters are fucking vultures, its all about ratings

  • @KGCJR1 oh fuck off it's our job, we have to report on the news dumbass, and now this clearly unstable bitch is going to jail, i'd say better she broke a five to ten thousand dollar camera than someone's face and now hopefully she'll be getting some help for her obvious issues.

  • @stevealigheri she should have broken your face you little bitch.

  • She just mad because all her crack just went up in smoke

  • I back that woman 100% for going after the reporter.

  • Having dealt with plenty of "reporters", I would not show any of them any consideration for anything. They are right up there in high standing with lawyers and IRS agents.

  • Just because one is a

    'news' companies' employee

    doesnot give one carte' blanc

    to tresspass on PRIVATE PROPERTY-

    Without permission...

Like, maybe someone would bust in on her

    crib and shit around uninvited...

    "Well, duhh... came to look

    at your neighbors' digs..."

  • Idiot's like, "git off my damn propirty, ya hir?" Lol, they're just trying to report a story and she has to be all aggressive and physical like no one's allowed to even get close and videotape. Dumbass.

  • Are you serious? Presuming this was the person who lost her home, I'd think many of us would be really angry at the parasites looking to profit from the disaster.

My opinion is that you are the real dumbass here by a magnitude of approximately six to eight-fold.

  • mannnn this bitch is hiiigh

  • spoiled reporter bitch has no empathy for the victims or the fact that they were obviously much less fortunate in the first place...shes gonna go home thinking that she went through a bad day because a poor person scared her....fucking cameramen so warped from there job that they think the distraught woman is unjustified in her aggresivenes towards well to do people with no sympathy who seek to gain off of her loss

  • @purplekush604 First, it wasn't her house that was burned down. Second, her grounds for her aggression were that the reporters were on her property, which they were not. Third, talk about hypocritical saying reporters have no sympathy.

  • That's what happens when a heroin addict can't get her fix.

  • haha

  • I hoped that lady in white got beating up!

  • yeah thats not right. "i think my cameras broken" wow. thats so sad. "god help me"

  • ya and those cameras are so pricey like one probley cost like hundreds and thousands of dollars. That old lady got problems.

  • she seems to realy have isues she cant just let them do there job.

  • I think the fire should have been covered, yet I agree with this lady. The media preys on horrific events like these.

  • I have a good friend that worked for a major newspaper after majoring in journalism and doing all the preliminaries needed to get a good job like that. After a year she changed careers. She said the reporters were so happy when things went wrong, so orgasmically charged up when bad and violent things happened , because they knew tragic stories got the most coverage and it would advance their careers by covering those stories. Pretty sick.

  • that would only happen in the US lol

  • she wants that house too stand but get's all these firefighter over there wtf???

  • JUST A CRAZY OLD BITCH

  • If people have a right to quietly film the lives of other people, then other people have the right to noisily knock their camera to the ground. Freedom goes both ways. Hopefully none of us want to live in a police state....

  • You have no right to harm other people's personal property.

If you feel otherwise, tell me where you live so I can smash your windows in celebration of my freedom.

  • I think it's a shame that people's right to privacy isn't respected. She's stressed out, it looks like her house is burning down, and the reporter just stands there and films it. There's nothing the reporter can do, but let's face it----how newsworthy is this shit? This is how Wall Street crooks wrecked our economy---we are so busy watching news that isn't news that the real 'news' never gets played....And when the old lady tells her she doesn't want to be filmed, she is ignored...

  • I love how people who have ABSOLUTLEY no authority try and tell other people what to do...

  • I love how people who have ABSOLUTELY no morals like to film other peoples misery.

    p.s.

She should have delivered on her promise though and killed that snotty little sorority girl with a camera.

  • Honestly, that women could care less about the morality of the situation, she just wanted to pretend like the has some authority... and you want to talk about morals? Its not very polite to mock people...

  • "Its not very polite to mock people... "

But its the pinnacle of good manners to film someone's life going up in flames??? You keep up your good "reporting" sorority girl. And speaking of morality...I wonder how sorority girl and her crew knew about the fire in the first place. I don't care what that woman's motives were, the fact that she made a spoiled ass superficial sorority girl with a microphone cry out over-dramatically "OH MY GOD!!!" makes me very.... very...... happy.

  • "I wonder how sorority girl and her crew knew about the fire in the first place"

Are you seriously going to ask that question... its called the news man, they have scanners.

  • If I was in that photogs shoes I would have grabbed my camera as soon as I saw the lady charge me, then if she would have had her hands on me I would have wacked her with the tripod or something else that was handy and she would have been arrested and charges filed! With the camera damaged I hope that lady got arrested and fined as well as a judgement against her for damaging the camera! The media has full right to be there and if they are not on her property!

  • @SacNewsGuy i bet you would hit an old woman. i bet you wouldn't hit anybody that could fight back though.

  • @SacNewsGuy Agreed

  • Its the crazy cat lady from the simpsons!

  • lol

  • It wasnt her house that was on fire she lived accross the street and got mad that people were on her lawn.

  • that wasn't even her lawn!

  • glad no one was hurt! This is a perfect example why you dont need a tripod

hope that crackhead was locked up ffor this one

  • Have any of you who have judged this woman had your house burn down and loose everything. No matter what the value was that was her home and her items inside. No I am not related to this woman nor do I know her. I do however think I recognize one of the camera men. I was shocked by the out burst from him.

  • "Have any of you who have judged this woman had your house burn down and loose everything."

Loose everything? Also, wonderful use of punctuation at the end of your sentence. Well done, fucking idiot! This woman is out of line. News is news and our society must cover it good or bad.

  • ok there so a typo and added to many o's . I can clearly see that you must of had a good grammer teacher also. The language is beautiful. I don't believe that was a typo. Maybe some day you will be dealt a tragic time and who knows how you will react. I sure hope the camera is around to catch it.

  • i judged her..Read the desciption,it was not her house that was on fire,it was her neighbors

  • uh you don't make sence

  • 1, That probably wasn't her house that burnt down

    2, Your grammar sucks

    3, Shut the fuck up.

  • Thats my mum your talking about

  • lol r u seriouse

  • No buddy haha!

  • that wack job was either plowed or nuts!! no matter how upset you are you can't go smashin someones stuff.

  • hahaha.. yeah we great benders are fucking psycho.. XD

  • I guess you could say: There's no smoke without FIRE!

    HAHAHAH

  • bitch

  • Burns

  • First, Crazy Crack Head Lady, this is Public News, if the Police or fire don't tell you to leave and your not on her Property, then you have every right to be there. and lolhmltgj I will be at your house when it nurns down. LOL

  • she should not have touched anyone or anything. that i agree with. however certain things in life are meant to be private. it should be up to the homeowner, whether or not the news is there. there was no need for the rude remark. ohh but i forgot that 85% of the world is filled with rude people!

  • she just went through a terrible loss. people don't think clearly, when something like that happens. i really don't think that the reporters should have stayed, if she wanted them to leave. just my opinion. i wouldn't want them at my home,if that happened to me. please no rude responses. this is just my opinion.

  • Ever heard of freedom of the press? They don't have to leave just cause she wanted them to. They weren't on her property. And they have a job to do, just like the firemen. You have no idea what you're talking about.

  • You are soooo right about freedom of the press. They are out there to get in on the action. I hope the was at least fined for knocking down the camera. They aren't cheap.

  • lock her dumb ass up :)

  • Whether she liked it or not, the media had the right to be there. When government equipment paid for by tax-payer dollars are being used, they have the right to report what it's being used for...that includes firefighting!

My sympathies to the woman on her loss, but the media reporting on a story should be the least of her worries!

  • I personally know the reporter in this tape and happen to know she's a very nice woman and professional too. She did nothing wrong and I totally agree with what you said.

  • hey Jay..where's Silent Bob? what a winner..they're just doing their job and she's just a crazy lady spewing death threats

  • The news reproters had no right to trespass on her land to video tape her home burining to the ground! Even though they were across the street, that is still her land her family owns most of the land on that road. Her Brother is the one who owns the land that the reporters were standing o. The news people nedd to learn some respect! She had evey right to tell them to leave.

  • yea, and if they dont listen, you go call the cops......you run over and shove their equipment over......if you're house burned down, is your biggest worry whether or not someone videotaping it? i think i would have other things on my mind.

  • it aint like they put the camera in her face and started following her........telling them to leave in one thing........threatening to kill them and breaking their equipment is another thing.

  • look greenhead it is all putman land but she is not allowed on her dads old farm land or house at all grow up she just wants her uncles money and dam cats, so screw you cant say your real name chicken

  • Is that a death threat? I hope you do know that your IP address has been logged and you can be identified using it. The proper authorities should be alerted.

  • House is burning and all she cares about is some photogs shooting it? That should be the least of her concerns

  • they were on HER property they didnt leave and or even start to leave..normal media attitude...they the media could have moved and iffused situation but did not...now pry go after a women who justified but probobly went a little bit far in her actions...

  • That lady is batshit crazy. Most likely the typical Jefferson County welfare case who doesn't know her head from a hole in the ground.

But yet, they seem to find money to pay for their cigarettes and alcohol.

I hope she goes to jail.

  • this makes me embarressed because i live near great ben it was all over the radio and one lady called the border and got mad because he commented on it i mean come on grow up it is common sense that if a fire happens reporters will be on the scene

  • Funny. I watch this clip and cant help but think that the very geniuses who wrote 'sensationalists' and 'pricks' about members of the media are the very same people whom watch what they(media)produce. If you didnt watch stuff about houses burning and confrontational video/content, the ratings wouldnt be great for it. And of course you have to damn the media to hell because they are legally and lawfully doing their jobs. If you dont like what the media does, stop watching their work.

  • I think the funny thing is, is as that house is burning she is smokeing a cigarette. She probably burned the house down by smokeing, and she goes outside and lights up again. Dumbass

  • Parasites. Well, at least the liberal media will be able to file some frivolous lawsuits over the affair. That's always fun for them.

  • i'm all for press freedom, but when a woman asks you to turn the camera off her burning house and the reporter decides to keep the film rolling, then the only purpose that reporter is still serving...is pure sensationalism, and ratings for profit.

    Once again...shame on the media!!!

  • The media wasn't on her property, and she just turned her bad day into an assault charge (maybe more with the death threat). There's no sense in taking your frustration out on the media. It was one team, well away from the property, and they weren't being pushy like they could have been.

Gunna have to say, if my home burned down (likely, I'm in Cali), I would hope I could maintain a SEMBLANCE of civility with those around me.

  • Excuse me, the hole top of that hill is Putman Land, and she told the media to leave and they stayed. It is a wonder she did not shot all of the media on that day. All the Putmans have guns... but that is all right for the media on account of they are allowed to do whatever they wish, until one or more end up dead. Don't think this is over, the gal with the camera will end up missing up, what great media that will be.

  • The "gal with the camera" did nothing wrong. She was doing her job.

  • So let me get this straight. She gave the camerawoman 10 whole seconds to "leave" before assaulting her, breaking her equipment, and yelling death threats... and you think that her having guns somewhere and ANOTHER death threat (on your own regard) somehow helps your case?

You have a complete disregard for the rights of the media. They can't "do whatever they wish," but they do have rights, and covering a story from PUBLIC property is one of them. You're obviously negatively biased.

  • This lady had "issues" - There is more here than we are being shown.

  • Damn liberal media elites

  • I believe in freedom of the press and would put my life on the line to protect it, but there's no doubt that members of the media are parasites.

  • Brilliant, the media deserve nothing but contempt. Give her a medal.

  • Give yourself one, too, for being an ignorant fucktard.

  • What an idiot. I hope she doesn't expect any help from the community.

  • I am not sure why the photographer allowed the woman to come right up and push her camera to the ground like that. It looked like she backed away from the camera. I would have either quickly picked the camera & sticks up and turned so my back was to the woman protecting the camera from damage or would have taken the camera off the tripod and used the tripod as a shield. It's a split second decision to make. I have been shooting news for well over 14 years now and have seen these things a lot!

  • big deal -.-, hope the cats made it out of the house in time, the station should have a word with the reporter about protecting equipment, if i was in charge shed be using the old crank-box until she payed off the damaged camera.. jk ^^

  • yeah the media is largely a bunch of annoying worthless pricks, but did she really expect no coverage of the fire? She's got pwobwems, fwiends...

  • You know, God forbid she reacts and all. I mean, her house only burned down and there's a pair of assholes on her lawn peddling her fucking misfortune. Total overreaction.

And if no-one caught that, total sarcasm.

  • idd, give her a break, though afais they are merely reporting

  • Not her property. They were far off it. Plus freedom of the press is a pretty important thing even if you don't understand what it is. It's funny how you guys and gals will watch and get all excited about smoke and flames in a legit newscast or some stupid "Worlds Most Dangerous video" garbage, then damn us in the news media for covering it.

  • Alright then. I'll withdraw most of the comment, BUT: #1, thank you, I know what freedom of the press is. I just happen to believe freedom stops when it impedes on someone else's freedom. #2, please don't assume I watch legit newscast OR "World's Most [INSERT EXCITING ADJECTIVE HERE] Videos." Plus, having been a victim of press (granted, minor and for something unimportant), I don't like the habit they have of cutting things outs to make people say what THEY want.

  • You've again proved that you don't understand the First Amendment.

"I don't like it" does not equal legitimate criticism of the First Amendment. Sorry.

  • Actually, by the definition of criticism, "I don't like it" works just fine. That would be criticism. It's not a legal leg to stand on, but it IS criticism.

But we won't see eye to eye on this, so let's just drop it.

  • I dont appreciate the comments mad about that girl i happen to kno her an she has problems do u not have anything better to do then put people down yes it was wrong what she did i deff agree there but dont judge people by wat they look like an her house just burnt down how would u fuckin react asshole

  • ok number one that was not her house it is her uncle house. number 2 she was living there to take care of him. number three oops she was not there she left him alone as usual.number four the reports where not on any land there were on the side of the road..number 5 the land she said was here is not hers and she is not even allowed on it herself.number six she lays down on the ground and crys for her cats well damn what about her uncle they took the hosptial!

  • ok..ok all jokes aside. is that women going to be charged with aggrevated assault? if so..i hope the fines are minimal because i dont believe you can pay fines or post bail in food stamps..lol sorry i couldnt resist that one. no but seriously i hope she is charged with aggrevated assault, what she did was uncalled for. if it were you and i, we'd be in the slammer awaiting bail to be posted.

  • isnt one of the characters from the movie deliverance? man has she aged and not for the better...lol ...is she from lewis county?..

  • Was it technically her property? If not that was stupid.

  • no it is not her property at all she is a crazy girl who needs serious help the old guy which is 88 was left alone again, big deal about her cats they took him to the hospital

  • spencer u and your fuktard husband with the biggg ears only r around there because of your fuktard mother, the property is all under one estate, regardless of either side of the road, it is Putman land... and when she told them to leave it was time for them to go peroid

  • look green it is like this u jerk. first off u need to shut ur mouth abut something u dont about and her brother dont own the farm.a far as the spencer go yes that is her mom next door and ur idoit why would she know the truth about what is going on? u dont. so before run ur mouth u need to get ur head out of the big ladys butt and know the truth.u that damn scared u cant say ur name?

  • ok first of all it was mr. putmans house not hers and for her to throw herself to the ground over her dam cats when her uncle was sent to the hospital is so messed up like her and the media were not on her property and if they were she doesent own it and is not allowed on it to begin with she needs to be arrested maybe some one can help her she sure needs it

  • I've got to tell you, I can understand a person's frustration when they're going through a trying time in their life, but that woman crossed the line. Assault is inexcusable. The cost of those cameras alone is enough to bring a serious criminal charge if it did end up broken. It's the behavior of people like her that makes it hard for me sometimes to admit I'm from that area.

  • The media (as we all know) strives on BAD News everyday! I would not be at ALL surprised if the Media started the fires! They are evil! As you all know, the NEWS networks (local news and the like) are dieing. People no longer watch them. Why? Because they Over-hype EVERYTHING! The TOP STORY Everyday is ALWAYS death or some tragic shit that IS NOT NEWS! Gang member kills another gang member..NOT NEWS!!! Media wants to keep you in your house Afraid to go outside. Sponcers love it!

  • ... What are you talking about? Dude, I'm like... a huge proponent of all that conspiracy shit, but you're seriously making us look bad. Started the fire?!? What the fuck?

  • Who the hell does this skinny little witch think she is? The media has a right to be there. She should have been arrested. Or punched!

  • The media in that part of the country is as sucky as it gets. As for the woman--well she's a representation of the people that live there. They pretty much all-----SQUEAL LIKE A PIG !!

  • In reply to slingblade65's comment "They pretty much all SQUEAL LIKE A PIG"..that is way to funny. And as far as the reporting of the news crew goes, that is their job and no matter what kind of area you are in reporting they should be allowed to do their job. Afterall...where else would the public get the 411 on whats going on in this world?

  • slingblade> You are obviously are dope. I'd like to see you come up here and talk like a big man to someone's face, you cowardly punk. You be crying the the mama's boy you are.

  • ...at least I wouldn't be breedin' with mama like you guys do

  • Again, you have no balls to say it here. And we both know you wouldn't say it in person to anybody. Pussy.

  • ...do you sy that with a mouth fulla chaw in your mouth, hillbilly ??

  • Do you say that with your Dad's dick in your mouth, you inbred cocksucker?

I'm a hillbilly? I not only could buy and sell you, but I'd make you eat your words since you're a sniveling faggot who only has courage from afar. Keyboard commando queer.

  • She was just doing her job.

Now, if it was ascertained that she was shooting on private property, the reporter was wrong.

However, I find it hard to believe that the authorities would allow the media to continue shooting on private property after that woman protested.

I've been in similar situations, and I hate to be intrusive. However, if my bosses tell me "we want you to shoot this," if I'm in a proper position and out of the way, I have to do it. It's my job, like it or not.

  • There are freedoms and rights that the media are allowed. Its a shame and if you havent been there its a tough point of view But hey, its just like the police, many get angry with them cuz they give you a ticket. They're doing their job. Same with the media, she is out gettin a story and making a paycheck. She is doing her job. Its the freedom we have in America, if you are angry, you have ur right, but to degrade people for it? Not worth your time, its the real world and these things happen.

  • Listen to the local media whine and cry afterwards. What a bunch of self-righteous, disrespectful pricks. I hope the entire community ridicules and shuns those people until they're forced to move.

  • I have no problem with those people doing their jobs and being upset if someone that unhinged assaults them. It's not their fault that local media is bullshit fluff pieces, that's what the public demands.

  • That is assault and she can be arrested for it. They were not on her property so really there is nothing she can do about the TV crews being there. I don't blame the photog for asking for her to be arrested... if someone sucker punched you you'd want them arrested too.

Best advice is to ignore the cameras.

  • According to the caption she was the owner of the property.

  • My bad... missed that. In that case they should have listened to her and moved onto the public street. She has no jurisdiction there.

  • she didn't even touch him and he was crying about it, what a sissy.

  • I agree with nnybluebird...obviously the news crew new she was going to do something, that's why they kept the camera on the news woman and not on the actual scene...and it also shows the news woman smirking after the woman first told her to leave...nice compassion...

  • ahahahaha i love teh north country!

  • Maybe that womans owns the house that is on fire, I can imagine she would be upset. That girl from Channel 10 was just egging the woman on. People have no privacy anymore. That guy is such a pussy..I want her arrested. What a joke. You didn't see him blocking the woman from getting the camera, wimp!

  • Whatta pussy that guy is. "I want her arrested for assult" LOLOLOLO ! Says a lot about today's sucky media.

  • He must be from the same mold as you.

  • No. You're a pussy.

  • A few years ago a reporter and cameraman from news10 refused to stop filming my house after a crime occured. We hadn't even returned from the ER yet. I went after the reporter too but at the last second got my wits and called the state police and the station manager and they were told to leave. They were making the situation worse and already had plenty of footage.

  • Ouch!

  • Hey Boyce, you should have tackled her!

that's crazy lady is one of the North Country's Finest citizens.

  • wut a cyco. that camera is like $40000
