  • @MrL1F3T4K3R if you couldnt understand they are talking about how that area is a good spot for training

  • Forest has a big scary voice. :S

  • This, this here is the heart of Parkour. Not the big jumps, the overrated flips, the horrible foot work... This here, concentration, acuracy, training, heart. Sometimes, i wish i was back in 2004 - 2008. Parkour, back then, was like this, it was pure, it was an awesome Phylosophy. Nowadays? We are full of dilluted Traceurs who don't know about the basics, the story, the real meaning of "Killing an Obstacle". Makes me sad. Like Bruce Lee Said. "Be water, my friend". Feel the flow. Be the flow.
  • @BluelightSpike The basics is Parkour. A couple of vaults, climbing and landing and rolling and your ready to overcome any obstacle. All thats stopping you is your lack of practice. Nowadays we get tracures trying to do huge jumps just to impress friends instead of the feeling the feeling of achieving

  • @ekojk1242

I'm not talking about basics as in "BAsic Movement", but in the physolophy the discipline involved.

My lack of practice? No my friend, nothing is stoping me, nothing can.

Parkour doesn't have a pre-defined set of moves, it's you, your body, the world, that's it. (Like the predecesor and father of the discipline, the "Méthode Naturelle" or "Natural method".)

Parkour is not about "Achievements" Per-se, but more like a Martial Art.

You sound like you misunderstood what i meant.

  • i'd like to see those little kids do that!

  • leave it to the french to master running away

  • @killerrey hahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!

  • @killerrey LOL

  • @killerrey Yea, all those guys from London, France bug me too.

  • @killerrey leave it too you to leave a dumbass comment

  • @TheBoshman12 Lol good one! :)

  • @killerrey

    lol good one

  • if not soon, one day this will get VERY popular

  • they move like f*&kin water.

  • 1:02 to 1:07 WAS ONE OF THE CLEANEST THINGS IVE EVER SEEN.

  • The people who dislike this can go to hell breaking their necks doing this, lol!!!

  • Who cares if it's sport or not? It's movement.

  • this is not a sport

  • @thenxtlj2324 Yeah? If this is not a sport tell me what is then?

     Define your claim please

  • @qwerkaz

It's a Discipline, a Way of life, and more importantly, a Phylosophy.

Sport is defined by competiton, and Parkour is not based upon the rules of "WHo's the best?"

    Therefore, can't be (Shouldn't be) a sport.

  • @BluelightSpike Its an art I like your way of thinking man.

  • @scottspeedman11

    Parkour is life my man...

  • @BluelightSpike yeah its mine too but I need new places to train my places were just demolished :(

  • @scottspeedman11

Who needs a place when you have a whole planet...

  • what is censored on the wall??!!

  • why that black thing is on the wall???

  • I was lucky to train here when i was 15 and I've been desperate to get back ever since!

  • i wish i had places like that to practise parkour :(

  • @XSKYNETXx Totally right man...im totally jealous of these guys...america doesnt have enough freerunners to practice with, but i learned myself. Takes true skill!!

  • hey check out my double frontflip on ground! It's pretty sick, and comment, rate, fav, subscribe, blah blah blah. Thanks so much! :)

  • May I ask where in London exactly this is?? Iv'e started Parkour since last Summer, but I know my journey hasn't even begun yet. I would very much like to try this space out, particularly just for the experience of the mindset needed in such a restricted, yet perfect place for developing ideas of movement.

  • parkour is not sport!

  • Check out our channel for awesome ski, snowboard, trampoline and diving tricks.

including double misty, double gainer and double backflip.

  • lolol little kids with accents are so cute

  • parkour is gay and for little kids...

  • @Eemeli7000 really then why did you look it up? im just wondering. And yet you rip on this video

  • @Eemeli7000 just because you hit you face on a wall when you attempted parkour doesn't make it gay and for little kids...

  • @Eemeli7000 why search it up you fag

  • Kids: They're like Monkeymen!

Traceur: kids this will help you get out of your house when you're grounded.

    Kids: Wow!

  • love it. its a shame there are not more videos like this. I think there are too many videos on free running and not enough on parkour.

  • Check out my litl summer stuff video!

Feel free to comment and sub! It means alot for me!

  • Normally I'd blow up at the people who are saying this isn't parkour, because this is just some flow work, but it doesn't matter they're just trolls

  • this is the closes thing u ever see to spider-man XD

  • how long does it take to get awesome at parkour?

  • @BRADARISTA if you really put your mind to it and train everyday about a year just keep working

  • @BRADARISTA it depends how long you fear most obtacles such as big walls, jumping from far heights, and ect.

  • Where about in london is this?

  • i use to train at some schools at night looking for rails but

school guards always yell at me.

they say it's prohibited to use there areas even in malls!

    naaaahhhh!!!!

wish davao has that place to train. fingerbored117@yahoo.com

  • get a job...

  • @robblac

why dont you? your on youtube commenting

  • @parkourfreak27 thats my job..to troll

  • @robblac

shit job, your spending more money on your internet than your saving up.

  • @robblac this is a job ass ramma. They get paid for commercials, to wear clothes in there videos, to perform, and just to kick ass. People make a damn nice living on parkour alone.

  • after doing this You may be one of em ....Jockey and Hunter...pick one!

  • wonder whats up top also i smell a double kong

  • I'll just use the stairs. (:

  • fuckin good place!!! thumbs up if you wanna live close to this place!!

  • thats in the uk? right?

  • @MrHacker3000 london

  • I remebember watching this when it came out, ive stopped practising now but this is still incredible.

  • Man, i live in suburbs of Houston and it is completely devoid of any training spots. In order to Parkour in Houston you have to drive to a spot, which is very inconvenient. Wish i could just step out of the house and parkour around.

  • Haha its crazy when i look back at this and remember wanting to learn turning lazy vaults, 360 underbars and even kong vaults and now they have become second nature. I will always love this documentary it reminds me of when I started Parkour.

  • i wih i could go to londen so i can do better parkour there isnt nething in my town

  • awesome transitioning!

  • If you doubt whether this is parkour of freerunning thn run through some interviews with David Belle, he explains how parkour is choosing your own ways, and look for new opportunities, so this is indeed Parkour, artistic Parkour in the right spirit, backflips and stuff would have made it freerunning, but ending up where you started can still be Parkour.

  • nice vid :O,london is perfect 4 parkour but my city not:[

  • Where is this? I'd love to be able to go here and train next time i'm in london :)

  • i went parkour today in london with brad wendes and the spots he should me where fucking amazing :D :D :D

  • n_n

  • uuhuhhu..

  • Very very cool!

  • magnificent!!!

  • where in london is that?

  • CHECK OUT MY PARKOUR VIDEOS, we just started and could use some pointers.

  • The supreme irony of this video is that they are moving in ways that few people can on something which is suppose to help people who can barely move (handicap ramp). I love generations.

  • what was the hidden thing with black ?

  • @Brahinem more than likely an address plate.

  • i though so too :)

    thx

  • @Brahinem It was a sign of some sorts so probably the address plate of the building (trying to keep the location secret) or a sign that says no trespassing :P

  • wow they influenced those little girls

  • @BRADARISTA but think of it its better to get influenced to parkour than to drugs . i chose parkour

  • wow scool

  • they are only ending up where they started because they are practicing in a small space

  • 0.31-0.43..hahahahahas his talking is like rapping

  • It's more like freerunning because half the time they end up where they started but only facing the other direction.

  • No its parkour because you can decide if you want to change you final objective halfway through a run and that could be behind you.

  • very good very good. Could work on a bit of speed.

  • Thats not parkour, thats free running.

  • naaa. thats parkour, freerunning is more of a show off backflip kinda thing, parkour is from getting from point A to B.

  • wow 4/5 powtarza sie

  • wow thats a sick spot, there isnt anything like that in staten island.

  • ur from staten island?

  • yea, how come?

  • cause i am too

  • nice

  • 0:28 till 0:38 sounds like hes rapping over the background instrumental hahaha

  • some moves remind me with prince of persia the two thrones :D

  • i see wht u meen about your vision i would of never of thought of some of the stuff im thinking of doing now a few months ago ;)

  • you would NEVER get bored of this spot

  • I love the fluidity of your movement in this video, it's truly inspiring.

  • it's not so fun to train in sweden cause we dont got so much things to train on

  • Precis :S

  • there is alot of things to do anywhere. I live in Sweden to.. And I think we have ALOT to train on. you dont need much. Just imagination, and your body.. Rails, trees, stones, whatever. Just adapt your training, to your surrondings. cheers!

  • exakt

  • stockholms outer quarters seem to be pretty good for parkour. you can jump like an ekkoren

  • pff jag är finsk or vi har ju många goda platser här. Då och då måste du vara lite kreativ men.. :P

  • newfoundland canada is hard to cause it is a small island and even though its not a crime cops dont realy lik us doing this

  • wow

  • sweet spot

  • british guy sounds like jenson button

  • damn thats sweet place to train

  • I heard an inspiring motto:

If your vision improves, you will be able to find.

Thanks 3Run, you guys are a real inspiration to me and my team TripleHelix in the Netherlands.

  • eheey, phantom van't parkour forum?:P

  • Jep :P

  • LoL..what 3run? this is ParkourGeneration..

  • thats what i ment lol.

  • their flow is impressive , watching traceurs do this is inspiring 2 younger generations hu want 2 take up parkour, but the hold back is trying something new which makes ppl scared.

  • Awesome spot ! Very efficient and clear moves that show the idea of Parkour....

  • 0:27 to 0:40 sounds like hes rapping lol

  • HAHAHAH

  • i think that freerunning is breakdancing with your enviorment and parkour is going through your enviorment as quickly and efficiantly at possible
